The trio walked towards the police station and Valerie felt awkward. She's only been inside them to be arrested not to help the cops out. She also didn't know what they have on her. She had a whole life before she became Valerie Toretto and didn't want the past to resurface.

Roman stopped in front of the station making Brian and Valerie look at him.

"Wait. Hold up. Hey, bro, what's going on?" Brian asked

"I don't know if I should be trusting you, man." Roman confessed and Valerie looked at Bilkins who shrugged

"Just think of it this way. It's an opportunity for a fresh start. Let's just go do this."

"I wouldn't need a fresh start... if it weren't for you." Roman said making Brian sigh

"Man, you been using that since the day you got busted. Now, let's just chill out and go do this."

"I don't need to chill out."

"Yes, you do. And you need to stop blaming me for your every mistake. And Roman Pearce needs to start taking responsibility for his own actions."

"You need to go to hell." Roman yelled

"And you need to go back to Barstow." Brian shot back before walking into the police station.

"I'm not goin' back to Barstow." Roman said and Valerie walked over to him.

"I get it, the whole not trusting a cop thing. But Brian's trying to help. I don't know what happened between you two but you have to see at least that."

"How'd you get roped into this?"

"Let's just say O'Connor broke something and is trying to make amends"
