We begin attacking Hydra within the week. I am leading the men right next to Steve. We send reports back by a cameraman and his assistant. Steve keeps a picture of Peggy in his compass, and I make sure the guy gets a shot of it. This all goes on for months until January 1945. The mission I am extra excited for, but I am also incredibly scared.

"James? There you are, Bucky. Um—I need to—"

"Doll, what is it? What's wrong?"

"Oh, Bucky. Love, nothing's wrong. Everything is perfect. Give me your hand." He does as I say, and I place his hand over my stomach. "Do you feel that?" I ask as one of the boys inside of me kicks his daddy's hand through my stomach.

"Doll, are you saying?"

"You're gonna be a daddy, Buck. Again."

"Will he?"

"I'm sure he'll have some effects, but it won't be as crazy as Ana's."

Bucky picks me up and twirls me around the room.

"Does Stevie know yet?"

"Mm-mm, no. I'll tell him after this mission. Yeah, I figure if anything happens to us—"

"I'm sure she and Edwin would take good care of him."

"That's my thinking as well. Let's go to the others, yeah?"

"Of course, Doll. We gotta plan our strategy."

"From the way Steve's thinking right now, I'm not quite sure you'll like it."

"Oh boy."

"Remember when I made you ride the Cyclone at Cony Island?" Bucky asks Steve as I laugh.

"Yeah, and I threw up all over Ady's shoes?" he replies.

"Ugh, don't remind me," I groan.

"This isn't payback is it?" Bucky asks staring at the zipline hanging over the abyss.

"Now why would I do that?" Steve rhetorically asks.

"We were right," Jones asserts. "Dr. Zola's on the train. Hydra dispatcher gave him permission to open up the throttle. Wherever he's going, they must need him bad."

"Let's get going," Falsworth adds, "Cause they're moving like the devil."

"We only got about a ten-second window!" Steve yells. "If you miss that window, we're bugs on a windshield."

"Very encouraging, baby bro," I yell back over the wind.

"Mind the gap," Falsworth sarcastically howls.

"Better get moving, bugs!" Dugan shouts.

"Aye, aye, sir!" I yell as I go across first. Steve follows, then Bucky, and Jones comes across last. Steve and Bucky rush in while Jones and I make our way to the front. We hear gunfire sounds, but we know we risk the mission if we do anything. Suddenly the train is blasted open. We hear another blast, and Bucky flies out, but he manages to grab the side of the train. Steve rushes out to help him.

"Bucky!" he yells.

"James! Hold on!" I shout running atop the train.

Just as Steve almost has him the railing flies off, and Bucky falls. My powers are erratic as I continue to get more emotional. My screams mix with his as he falls to his death. I rush back to the front and crash into the command center holding Zola at gunpoint with Jones right behind me gun focused on the other man. We take them back to headquarters, and Steve and I go back to the pub we were at almost a year ago. It was bombed out now, but we could care less. Since Bucky's fall, I had stopped crying and was now emotionless and simply trying to comfort my baby brother.
