Once Y/N got home, she turned on the TV for Jax and went to her project room. She put the pants on the empty mannequin, and set the shirt out on the desk to finish it. She left and went down stairs to the living room where Jax was. "What do you want for dinner, bud?"

"Can we have spaghetti?"
Y/N sighed out tiredly, "sure, I'll get it ready." She walked to the kitchen, getting a big pot out, and filling it with water. She grabbed the pasta from the cabinet and threw some in the water, turning the stove on to boil it. As she was walking back, something tapped her shoulder. She quickly turned, as she did, she saw the star that was on the end of that tail upgrade that Sun and Moon got, so she knew Moon was there. He swiftly pinned her to the wall, kissing her. He escalated it quickly, turning it into a full-on make-out. They kissed passionately as Moon had her pinned against the wall. After a bit, Moon pulled away. "How's my bright and shining star?"

"Fine, it's only been a couple hours.."

"And that's already too long for me.." He pulled her up closer to him. His tail wrapped tightly around her waist, moving up each time it wrapped around her. He smirked and started kissing her again.

"Mom?"
Both Moon and Y/Ns eyes shot open, and Moon pulled away, releasing her and backing up.
"J-Jax!" Y/N looked at him, surprised. Moon was extremely flustered at the fact they got caught by a kid, and Y/N could feel heat radiating off of him. Jax looked at him, then a smile grew on his face. "Mr. Moon!" He ran and hugged him, but then immediately let go and backed away. "Ow! He burns.."
Y/N looked at Moon, had he heated up that much? Moon looked back at her, a sad look on his face. She put her hand on his arm, and it burned, really badly. Her hand instantly turned red, and she pulled it away, shaking it. "AH! F— HHHAAAAA OW!" She had to stop herself from yelling profanities in front of Jax. Moons eyes widened, and he backed up, away from her. His shame for hurting Y/N only making him heat up more. He backed up, and ran up the stairs, planning to leave through a window, or the balcony. Y/N looked at Jax, "stay here, bud, I'll be back in a minute.." And she ran after Moon.

"Moon! Wait!" Y/N called at him as she saw him reach the balcony. She grabbed his arm, but let go. "OW! SHIT!"
Moon backed away more, "no no no no, stop that! Don't touch me!"

"Then stop running!"
That made Moon stop, he didn't want her to keep trying, so he had to do whatever she said. Y/N slowly approached him, looking at him sympathetically.
"Moon, why are you running?"

"I-I don't.. I guess I just didn't want to accidentally hurt you.. Again.."
Y/N didn't say anything, but she reached and took his hand, it burned a little, but she held on to his hand tightly. She pulled his hand closer to her. "Cmon, it'll be alright. Just calm down.."

"But—"

"Just take a deep breath, everythings fine."
Moon hesitated, then slowly started to take deep breaths, and as he did, Y/N slowly began to feel him cool down, until he was just really warm. She hugged him tightly, and then gave him a kiss. "See? Everythings fine."
Moon sighed, seemingly relieved. "God.. I don't deserve you.."

"Why's that?"

"You just... You're so.. I just can't put it into words..." He gently kissed her, hugging her back just as tight.
"Alright, I gotta make Jax his dinner, do you wanna stay or are you gonna leave?"

"I'll stay.." He let go of her, and took her hand as they walked back. Jax was still waiting where Y/N had left him. She ruffled his hair, "alright kiddo, go ahead and go back to watching your show, I'll get you when dinners ready."
Jax nodded and ran back to the living room. Y/N headed to the kitchen, Moon following her. By now the pasta was done boiling, and she grabbed the strainer, pouring them out. She grabbed a container of sauce, which was home-made.
"Why don't you just use store-bought?"

"Jax doesn't like chunks in it, so I make it myself. Also let's me make it a little healthier for him."
Moon wrapped his arms around her waist and rested his head on her shoulder as she put the container in the microwave to heat it up.
"You're such a good mom.." He told her.
"I get told stuff along those lines a lot. I honestly never saw myself as the motherly type, but I keep getting called the 'mom friend'."

"They're right though.. You always take care of everyone like they're your kid.."
He squeezed her tighter. She pulled the container out of the microwave and poured some sauce into the pasta, mixing it. Moon reluctantly let go of her to let her put the container away and get a bowl ready for Jax, and then a bowl for herself. Moon hesitated before asking, "can I try some?"
She looked at him, confused for a second. "Yeah, sure. But you gotta sit down at the table if you wanna eat, that's the rules of this house."
Moon nodded, and went and sat down at the table. Y/N hollered for Jax. "Jax! Dinners ready!"
There were swift footsteps and Jax stepped in, sitting at the table. Y/N got a third bowl for Moon ready. She gave Jax his bowl, then Moon, and then sat down with her own.

"So how was school today, Jax?" Y/N asked as they all started to eat. Moon looked amazed when he tried it. Y/N remembered how the others had told her he hadn't eaten in years. And even then it was only pizza from the Plex. She smiled softly at his reaction. He kept eating it, really fast now. She was glad he liked it.
"Oh, it was great! Now that it's getting warmer out, we started going outside for P.E!"
Y/N smiled, "oh, and how was that?"

"Awesome! We played capture the flag!"

After Y/N put Jax to bed, she shut the lights off all over the house, except her project room. She stepped in, and Moon followed her, the lights turning him into Sun. She sat down at a desk seperate from the fabrics. She had stuff for mixing dyes. She put in a mix of certain colors, trying to find the right one for Lunars light, baby-blue outfit. She made multiple different combos, putting small squares of fabric in them to see if they would be the right color after she threw them through the dryer. She sat in an office chair with wheels while she mixed different dyes. She dusted off an old speaker, connecting her phone to it. "You don't mind if I put on some music, do you?" She looked back at Sun.

Sun shook his head, he didn't want to bother her at all. She turned back and put on her own playlist, not the one that she played when Jax was around. As she set the fabric squares in the different dyes, she pushed against the desk, sending her chair wheeling towards the desk with the shirt on it. She pinned a drawing to the wall in front of it. During her spare time, she made drawings of all the different things she was making, pants, shirts, Lunars hat, ect. She started working on finishing Eclipse's shirt. Sun pulled up a chair at a different part of the table, watching her work.

Sun admired how hard she worked. She had a job, day shift every day(excluding weekends), night shifts every other night, she took care of a kid and made sure he was healthy, and also worked to help with other things. Sun wondered how hard it must be on her, balancing all that.. Along with the stress of... Events in her life. She seemed so focused right now.. So focused that he could see how tired she really was. Maybe she was even more than that, he would never know. He wondered how he ended up with such a perfect girl, and how she was so perfect with all she's been through.
