"Well, I promised Jax to start working on our old treehouse, maybe we can hang out in it again when he's not using it." Y/N told everyone as she headed to the shed. She put on a toolbelt that held a hammer, screwdrivers, nails and screws, and a big sharpie. When she walked towards the tree, Sun looked worried. "Don't you need a ladder to get up there?"

"One, don't have one, two, don't need one."

"Why?!"
Y/N cupped her mouth to hollar for the others. "Krystal! Joel! Sal! Why don't you tell Sun why the treehouse doesn't have a ladder!"

"Cause we ain't no wusses!" Krystal shouted.
"Ladders are for the weak!" Sal said. Sun just looked even more concerned. "How are you gonna get up then?"

"Watch me." Y/N grabbed the tire swing, standing on it. She started climbing up the rope, onto the branch, where she shuffled along it until she reached the treehouse, where she crawled in a window.
"Kick the door down like you're in an action movie!" Krystal shouted. After a while more of shuffling sounds inside— the treehouse was pretty big— the door was suddenly kicked off the treehouse completely, falling all the way down to the ground, a few feet from Sun, who just stared at her. She'd never acted like this before, even this morning she was a different person.. What suddenly changed?

"Mom! I wanna go up there!" Jax grabbed onto the tire swing. Y/Ns head suddenly, quickly popped out of the house. "No no no no no no! Jax, honey! This is dangerous! Don't ever do what I'm doing!"
There was her old self. Krystal walked up, standing besides Sun. "Hey, Tinkerbell! You got any alcohol around here?"

"Mini fridge beside the door! I filled it up for tonight!"
Sun was frozen at the thought of Y/N drinking, she didn't seem like the type. As Krystal turned around, Sun tapped her shoulder, and she stopped, looking at him.
"Why is Y/N acting like this? What's with the sudden change in her behavior, she's like a different person!" Sun half-whispered.
"Oh, she's always been like this. She's just been on 'mom-mode' since she adopted Jax." Krystal half-whispered back before walking away.
"Hey, Joel!" Y/N shouted. "Go ahead and fill up those water balloons in the mini pool! You know where the hose is!"

"Aye-aye, captain Tinkerbell!" Joel saluted, pulling the pool farther onto the porch and getting the hose. He started filling up the bunch-a-balloons pack by pack. Krystal walked up beside Sun holding two beers, one open. "Hey, Tink, you want a beer?"

"If I can catch it."
Krystal tossed up the closed beer really high, and Y/N caught it. She slammed the top against the railing, and the cap flew off, breaking the flimsy wood. "Well, guess it needs new railing." She said, taking a sip of the drink and marking the railing with her sharpie. She walked back inside, pulling the hammer out of the toolbelt.

After a few hours passed, Y/N was still up in the treehouse. Suddenly, her foot broke through one of the floorboards, and she screamed. "CRAP!" She pulled her foot, but it was stuck.
"Y/N?" Sal shouted. "You good?"

"No! My foot broke through one of the boards and now my leg's stuck!" She tried to move her leg, and hissed in pain. "Really wasn't a good idea to come up here in shorts.." She said as she saw the sharp wood drawing blood. There were shuffling sounds, and Sun fell in through the same window Y/N crawled in.
"Careful! This things really old, it could break under your weight!"
Sun cautiously began to step towards her, and one of the planks gave under his foot. He quickly moved it to another that supported his weight, trying another one. This one didn't give, so he moved again. As he got closer, another plank gave, and he dodged falling. He kept being very careful about his movements till he reached her. He crouched beside her, and saw the blood. Without thinking, he slammed his fist into the plank, breaking it away from her leg. She was able to pull her leg free, standing up. Sun quickly picked her up on his back.
"Hey—"

"Just hold on tight."
Y/N wrapped his arms around his shoulders, her legs hooking around his waist, and his tail wrapped around both of their waists, holding them together. Sun made his way back to the window, crawling out. He slid down the rope of the tire swing, landing safely on the ground. He released her, and she let go of him, landing on her feet. "Thanks, Sun."
He hugged her tightly, "get a ladder. Please." He begged.

"... I'll get one when I go buy wood to fix the treehouse."
He kissed her head, letting go of her. "You want me to come with you to fix up your leg?"

"No, it's fine." She insisted, walking back to the house. She went up to the bathroom grabbing the first-aid kit, and cleaned up her leg, bandaging it. When she went back down stairs to go outside, Jax ran up to her. "Mom, when are we gonna eat? I'm hungry!"

"Oh, I'll get the grill started." She told him, and picked him up. She walked outside with him, and then set him down to go play. The mini pool was full of water balloons, just waiting to be thrown. Y/N set the toolbelt down on a table, and walked over to the grill. She started it, throwing some of the things on it, hotdogs and burgers. She had buns for everything set out, as well as condiments. Once she got the first few done, and set them out on a plate, she was hit in the face with a water balloon. It broke on impact, drenching her. She froze, standing silent. Joel snickered, and Sun glared at him, about to tell him off. But then Y/N turned her head to Joel, a wide, crazed smile on her face.

"OH, IT'S ON!" She shouted, running to the pool and grabbing a balloon. She threw it so fast not even Sun had time to react before Joel was drenched in water.  Everyone but Sun ran and picked up a handful of balloons, and the war was on.
