Katniss POV- (A week later, shopping with Bristol, Glimmer and Carter)

"I can't wait until Willow comes." Bristol says as we drive into town from my house, Carter fast asleep in the back.

"Yeah, I can't wait either." I say quietly.

I hate shopping but Peeta wants me to start getting out and doing things with them, before she's born.

"When is your next appointment, Kat?" Glimmer asks me.

"In like a week or maybe two, I believe."

She smiles, "That is great."

"Yeah, I'm really excited. This actually isn't as bad as I thought it would be." I admit to Bristol.

"No, it's not but you're lucky to have Peeta there." She says.

"I know, I am lucky I have him and you know Peeta and I wanted to be there for you, while you were pregnant especially."

"Don't worry about it, Kat. You've made up for it ten times over, trust me." She smiles.

"I know but I wanted to be there."

"I know you did but it all worked out."

I sigh, "I can't believe Carter is almost 7 months old." I say with a frown.

"Me either, she's growing up so fast."

Bristol gives a pouty lip and Glimmer pulls into a baby store downtown.

"What all are y'all needing? I have a lot of clothes Carter has outgrown if you want them, if not it's fine." Bristol offers.

"Sure, if you want. We don't mind." I say truthfully, knowing we will take whatever we can get even though we don't expect anything from anyone.

"Well, as much as you bought her and help me with her, I would love to get or give you guys anything you need." Bristol assures me.

"Thanks."

I sigh and we go inside, Glimmer holding a sleeping Carter.

"Oh, Kat this is adorable." She says, finding a pink ruffled dress, it kind of looks like the one we bought Carter for my wedding.

I don't really like pink but I know the majority of girl stuff is pink so I don't say anything.

"Yeah, that's cute." I lie.

"What colors are you wanting for her nursery?" Bristol asks.

I sigh, "I don't know. Peeta and I haven't really talked about it much." I say with a shrug.

"What about pink and white?" Glimmer says.

"I don't know." I say.

"Or there's purple and pink." Bristol suggests.

"I don't know what I want." I say, even though I have somewhat of an idea.

"There's purple and white too." Glimmer says.

I shrug and try to ignore them both as I glance around at a bunch of baby stuff I don't need or I don't even know what it's used for.

"This is really cute." Glimmer says to about 500 things that are pink and in my opinion, not something I would ever dress my little girl in.

"What about this?" Glimmer asks, holding up a really expensive diaper bag.

"That's okay." I say.

"Oh, Kat. We have to get baby Willow this." She says, holding up a giant teddy bear.

I stifle a laugh, "That's cute but there is no way I'm putting that in my house."
