"Don't hate me when I tell you this." I then said, taking another deep breath. He nodded quietly, his face spiraled consern. "I won't." He said, very sure of himself. I took a deep breath, this was it, this was the moment. My heart was going crazy inside of my chest, my head felt weak and dizzy. I opened my mouth, to speak.

"Im not who you think I am." I then said, almost yelling it out. I thought it wouldn't come out my mouth, I thought the words would be silenced, but they weren't, surprising me a bit. I looked at Asmodeus, a bit afraid of how he would look, but that quickly faded too, when I saw his face light up in intrest.

"What do you mean?" He asked me curiously. I let out a deep breath I didn't know I was holding in, and began explaining. I began with simple tips, telling him things about myself. "When we met, did I act like a demon?" I asked him, he didn't know how to respond. "I didn't fight back." Asmodeus nodded slightly, wondering where this conversation was leading to.

"Do I look like a demon?" I then asked him, he shook his head slightly. "I don't have pointy ears, fangs or long nails with nailpolish." I then said, the anxiety in me rising. "I know." Asmodeus said, reaching for my ear. "Not everyone looks the same." He then said, touching the top of my ear slightly.

I pulled away from his touch, staring at him. "You have flown with me right?" I asked, Asmodeus nodded. "And it was like I had never flown before right?" I asked him, he silently nodded, watching me, fiddling with his sleeves.

I took a deep breath. "Do you wana see my back?" I asked him, the anxiety in my blood rising. I felt like I could puke any second, the adrenaline in my body skyrocketing to points never reached before. Asmodeus nodded slightly, and so I took my shirt off and showed him my back. I didn't hear him gasp, or hear him make noise at all. Asmodeus then gently put his hand on my back, tracing one of the wounds that had been on my body as a child.

"I don't have any wings." I said quietly.

"I know." He replied.

I turned around, a bit confused. "You already knew?" I asked him, he nodded to me. "Im sorry." He said, apologizing. "How?" I asked. "How did you know?"

I stared at him while he looked down at the ground, in shame. "The last sleepover." He said, looking at me. "The last sleepover when Kiriwo came. I held you, and touched your back, because I felt nothing there. I thought you had just tucked your wings somewhere.. but.. I felt nothing, just a large scar where your base should be." He said, looking away in shame.

"So you know im human?" I asked him. He looked at me confused, his eyes then widened, just like my own when I realized I had made a mistake. I put my hands over my mouth, gasping slightly. Did he not know? But what about the wings then? My adrenaline rushed trough my veins, seeing him just staring at me, looking at my body.

"But.. the wound on your back?" He asked me, staring at me. "How..?" He asked. I swallowed deeply, taking deep breaths. "Parents." I said, feeling like someone was choking me. "Your parents did that?" He asked, full of disbelief, I nodded slightly.

"But.. you can't be..?" He asked me, not believing me. "What about the flying race?" He asked me. "Kalego pushed me into the cliff.. a bird catched me." I said, feeling more and more nervous. Asmodeus was pale, I felt like I could die too. "He did what?" He asked in disbelief again. I nodded slightly.

"Still.. you can't be..?" He said, his eyes big.

"Asmodeus." I said, looking him in the eyes. "I am human" I said, staring at him. He nodded, his face pale. "You're human?' He then asked me, while I nodded, my body visibility shaking.

"Im sorry.." I then apologized, my face tearing up slightly. Asmodeus stayed silent, my tears welling down my face. "Im sorry.." I then apologized again.
