~ one hundred and two ~

Olivia's pov

The past couple of days have been hectic.

When we got to our new house, all of our stuff was still yet to be unpacked.

Me and less spent a whole day unpacking stuff. We ordered some new furniture too so we had that delivered.

Over the summer, we were asked if we wanted anything painting and we said we wanted the girls' nursery painting and some other rooms.

We then explored some more of north London on the days before our first training session.

It was quite hard for us to settle down.

Especially with the time difference. We had gotten used to the time difference in Australia and now we had to go back twelve hours.

I mean, the time in Australia was the only time Maisie and Lottie had ever known.

It took us about a week to get them into a new routine.

As soon as we got settled in, we picked up Lola from Laura's house.

Me and less had missed her so much.

We were just praying that she was going to be okay with Maisie and Lottie, which she was.

She was so gentle with them. She just sat and watched them to begin with and then it became a daily thing. It was as if she was protecting them.

Today was mine and lessi's first training session.

It was more of a get to know players and then a short training session at the end.

We knew that we wouldn't be the only new ones there today.

Arsenal had also signed Kyra Cooney-Cross, Cloé Lacasse, Amanda illestedt and Laia Codina.

When we got there, I was pulled aside to do a quick photoshoot.

When we originally signed, I didn't have any pictures of me taken due to the fact I was nearly 8 months pregnant.

Me and less then headed into the gym where most of the team was.

Lotte was the first one to see us so she came and greeted us.

Jonas then appeared and welcomed us back.

He explained what we'd be doing today, he said that it was more of a team bonding session. Just so some on the new players, like us, could get to know the others.

"I'm Alessia and this is my wife—" less begins to introduce us

"—Less, they know who you both are." Lotte tells her

"Oh, okay." Less says nervously

"It's nice to meet you two, I'm Steph." I knew exactly who she was. Her Australian accent making it clear that it was Steph Catley.

Some others introduce themselves. Me and less grateful that they were all welcoming.

"Oh my god!" I hear Beth shout. She had just walked into the gym. "I finally get to meet them!"

Beth runs past us and heads straight to the car seats.

"Which ones which?" She asks, crouching down and looking at them.

"This is Lottie and this is Maisie." Less tells her

"They're beautiful. Congratulations." Beth stands up and hugs me and less.

"Mini russos, cool." A thick Irish accent says. "I'm Katie." She shakes mine and less' hands.

Everyone crowded round the girls. Maisie and Lottie were still asleep and every so often they'd smile whilst sleeping. This caused all the girls to aww at them.
