"Leo hasn't called me.. Do you guys think he's okay?" Neymar asks worriedly
"Just leave him Ney. Leo doesn't like worrying people. He doesn't like feeling like he's being clingy either.. Leo Hates it when people are to clingy because he himself is very lacking in that area," Marc says
"Oh,"
"Don't worry Ney. He doesn't think you're clingy.."
"But maybe I am.. I've called him so many times. He's probably sick of me!" Neymar groans
"Don't stress. Just leave him alone for a while," Marc simply says
So Neymar does. He and Luis start to hang out more and he totally forgets that Lionel is injured and alone.
"Dude! That was amazing!"
"Yeah.. Hey you wanna stop by to see Leo? I haven't seen him in a while," Luis says
"Umm.. Yeah. Sure thing man," Neymar says

Neymar is a little nervous to say the least. He hasn't seen Leo in a while. But he doesn't want to think about it too much. It's not like he did anything wrong. He left him alone like everyone told him.
"You know he's been talking about you a lot."
"Huh? Really?"
"Yup. He's quite disappointed that you haven't called or come to see him, Ney. Why haven't you?"
"Oh.. Well I am now so," is all Neymar says
Luis nods before pulling over. Neymar's heart starts to race. Maybe he should've stayed home. Leo opens the door happily. His smile falls once he sees Neymar though.
"Hey,"
"Hi."
"Sorry.. I was with Ney so I thought Itd be a good idea to come together," Luis says
"Ney huh.. Didn't know you two were so close," Leo says
There's slight bitterness in his voice but he doesn't care to hide it.
"Yeah.. We have been hanging out a lot.. "
"That's great. Thanks for stopping by," Leo smiles
"Are you feeling better now, Leo?" Neymar asks
"Now you care?"
"I.."
Luis bites his lip before getting up. He knows these two need some alone time.
"Leo.. I'm-"
"Save it. It doesn't matter. You and I are nothing for you to be checking up on me so I guess it's fine."
Neymar looks down. What Lionel is saying is extremely hurtful. But it's true. Neymar and Leo are not together. Lionel can't demand anything.
Maybe that's why it hurts. He and Leo can't demand anything from each other. They don't have to care about each other. But he cares. and it hurts him because he knows he really shouldn't.
"You can leave if you want."
"Oh.. Yeah.. It's getting late.." Neymar says softly
"Thank you for visiting me." Leo says quietly
"N-no problem.. I was just around so I thought I should check up on you.. It's not like I care or anything.."
"Oh.."
"I mean.. I do.. I just.. I .. Yeah.. I should go."
"Thanks again. I'm glad you came," Leo says politely
"Feel better."
"I will."
Neymar shouldn't care. He's not supposed to care. And right now, he doesn't. Not anymore at least. But he feels like he should. He should go back and cling to that man for his dear life.
But he won't.
