Ben gave his niece a frown. He was stuck in between telling her about her boyfriend being a werewolf and not saying anything because he knew that she wouldn't care because she wasn't judgmental and took most things in stride. Like how she hadn't freaked out when he told her she was a witch.
He didn't like how irresponsible Scott was being especially since tonight was a full moon and the young teenager seemed to be coming over tonight according to his niece.
Maybe he should tell her.
But, then she'd do exactly what'd he expect and go out with Scott with the promise that she could take care of herself.
"Uncle Ben?" She sighed, sending him a look when she caught his expression. "I thought you liked Scott?"
"I didn't say that I didn't like him." Ben retorted and winced at the raised brow she gave her while putting a hand on her hips. He huffed. "Okay, maybe I don't totally like your boyfriend but it is my job to not like any of the boy's that you date."
"Right." She rolled her eyes playfully, letting a smile tug at her lips. It was amusing to see the overprotective uncle slipping out of him. Even though she was sure she wasn't going to have sex with Scott. Yet.
"Anyway, Imogen I wanted you to learn this spell next." She pulled out her grimoire and handed it over to him so he could pick out the next spell for her to learn. His eyes raked down the pages as he looked for a specific spell that he knew she could handle. "I really think you need to learn this spell just in case you run into trouble."
Her brows furrowed as he handed her the book back and pointed to the spell. "It says here that this spell can be used to inflict pain on other supernatural creatures." She muttered and glanced at him, confusion in her blue eyes. "Is this because it's a full moon tonight?"
"And because I want to make sure that my precious niece can kick some ass just in case something does happen." He said, sounding very over protective.
She sent him a weird look before letting out a small sigh and began reading the spell. She had a few hours before Scott would be coming over and she wanted to learn it beforehand and also because she needed time to get ready.

Scott stood outside, waiting for his girlfriend to come open the door. He really hoped that nothing would go wrong tonight. Stiles even seemed to believe that he could handle being around Imogen despite his erratic behavior all day whenever he wasn't around her.
It seemed like she really was his anchor.
The door opened, Imogen stood there with a bright smile on her lips at the sight of him and he couldn't stop himself from smiling back at her. "Hey." He greeted her and she wrapped her arms around his neck and pulled him down for a kiss.
