Imogen woke up with a gasp, looking around terrified that Kate or the berserker were going to jump out and attack her again. When she saw that there was no one around her except for piles of bones, she tried to stand up but found herself too weak to do so.

"Scott?" She called out in hopes that he was close by but she got no response. She winced, feeling the cuts on her body not yet fully healed. Her eyes flickered to the gate door that was open just a bit.

She forced herself to stand and slowly made her way out the door. As she turned the corner in the dark passageway, she froze when she saw a berserker blocking her path. Her eyes flickered to the familiar tattoo on their arm. "Scott." She breathed.

The Berserker(Scott) was quick to attack her and knock her to the ground roughly. "I'm going to have to do a better job of covering that up." Kate said, making herself known and having Scott stop with his attack.

"What did you do to him?" Imogen demanded, her voice hoarse.

"How." Kate corrected. "That's... That's the better story. You see, when I first got away from the Calaveras, I had no idea where to go. But something kept pulling me here, to the temple of Tezcatlipoca. His name means "smoking mirror" and this place is a temple of the smoking mirror." She touched the wall. "Obsidian. When I got here, I found the Berserkers waiting for me. They helped me survive. I didn't know quite why until just recently." She scoffed. "Until I decided to trust someone I never thought I'd trust. It was then that I found out I could not only control the Berserkers, but I could create them. They call me La Loba. "The Bone Woman."" She stopped next to Scott, staring down at the hybrid. "We let you out because I needed to test his loyalty. Did you know that Scott became an Alpha without having to kill anyone? He's been through quite a lot without ever having to kill. I think it's time to change that."

Imogen's eyes widened in fear when she saw the berserker start to move towards her in a threatening manner. "No, Scott." She cried out, backing away fearfully. She refused to let Scott be a killer. "Scott, please."
