The second that Ben had caught sight of his niece, he quickly engulfed her in a hug while Scott went to see his mom and Stiles went to see his dad and the rest went to check on Allison. He pulled back, giving his niece a chiding expression. "You, young lady are in trouble."
"For what?" Imogen looked at him in confusion, trying to not let her eyes wander to the blood that stained the hospital walls.
There were a couple bodies still being taken away to the morgue. Even though they beat the nogitsune, he still had managed to go out with the knowledge that he had killed plenty of people.
"For..." Ben paused, furrowing his brows trying to think of why he was punishing her. "For making me worried? And for not coming home."
She blanched. "I was kidnapped."
The doctor blinked a few times. "Well either way, you still made me worry. Don't do it again." He said, kissing her temple.
She chuckled. "I'll try not to get kidnapped again then." She joked.
"Dr. Lewis, we need you." A nurse said, looking frazzled.
Ben exhaled and gave his niece an apologetic look. "I'm probably not going to come home tonight so you're probably going to have to order out." He said, gesturing to the patients all around them. "Gotta go, love you."
"Love you, too!" She called out as he rushed off to save a life. She sighed, glancing in the direction the Argent girls room was in and headed that way. She ended up running into her boyfriend who had just finished visiting his mom who was now resting. "So, she's going to be okay?"
"Mmhmm. The cut wasn't too deep so, she only needs to rest for awhile." He told her as they waited for the elevator to reach the floor Allison was on. "How are you feeling?"
She pursed her lips. "Not as tired as before but I am definitely ready to sleep as soon as I get home. Well after I get something to eat."
He stepped towards her, placing a hand on her cheek. "How about we get something to eat together? My dad is taking my mom home since he has a car and your uncle is working."
