a fan asks him a question about you at a panel.
"so you and y/n have been dating for a few years now, and there are rumours that you're going to propose to her..." a fan began.
dylan quickly shook his head and wiggled his finger, "no! absolutely not! not for a while!" he looked over at you as you stood at the side of the stage watching him, "sorry babe!"
later on in the panel he noticed you'd disappeared so he told the audience a secret.
"so you guys know how i said i wasn't going to propose to my girlfriend? well i am... extremely soon but i didn't want to ruin the surprise," dylan said as the fans in the audience screamed, "but don't tell her, okay?"
the fans all yelled okay, but they fell silent when they noticed you re-appear by the stage.
dylan looked over at you and smiled, "y/n! come over here!"
"are you sure?" you looked at the audience nervously.
he gestured for you to join him, you walked over to him as he stood up.
"y/n..." he began as you stood in front of you, he got down on one knee as the fans in the audience screamed, "i love you with my whole being and i couldn't imagine my life without you... will you marry me?"
"yes! a thousand times yes!" you exclaimed as he pulled a ring from his pocket, he slid it onto your ring finger before standing up and kissing you, much to the delight of the audience.
"i love you, y/n." dylan said quietly, so only you could hear.
"i love you too, dylan." you smiled as his whiskey-brown eyes gazed down at you lovingly.
