Yamcha walked up to Goku, smiling. "So, you're not settling things with Hit yet, huh?" "Nah. I think I'll save that for later." "Whatever you say, Goku." "So, what are you gonna do now, Yamcha? I'm starting to wonder if you're getting tired of always being second player to me throughout the tournament." "Don't worry, I'm used to it." Yamcha mumbled. "What?" "Wha-? Nothing, nothing! Don't you worry about me, Goku, old buddy!" Goku raised his eyebrows, clearly not entirely convinced. "Uh... you sure, Yamcha? I could've sworn you just said something like 'I'm used to it'. What was-" Yamcha held up his hands, grinning and trying his best to save face. "Whoa, whoa, whoa, there's no need to be negative here! Ol' Yamcha always finds a way! Ha ha ha ha ha!" Goku smiled in a confused way. "Alright, if you say so." Yamcha smiled. "That being said, I think I'm gonna go check on everyone else now. Later, Goku!" He ran off to go see how everyone else was doing.

"Hey, Gohan! Looking good there! Piccolo, keep it up! Nice job, Tien! Krillin, 18, you two are doing great! That was pretty nice, 17! Hmph... Don't you dare backstab us, Frieza. You're doing an amazing job, Marorizu! That was a good attack, Vegeta!" Yamcha ran across the fighting stage, calling out encouragement to his teammates and fighting where he could. Eventually he found himself walking alongside Master Roshi. Yamcha's old teacher glanced at him. "Ah, Yamcha. Got tired of being Goku's second man, did you?" "You might say that." Master Roshi chuckled. "Well, whatever the case, if you're looking for some thrills to have to yourself, then sticking by my side might just pay off. I have a feeling we're about to-" CRASH! Magetta and a fighter from Universe 2 went past them, fighting it out. Yamcha lowered his arms, and Master Roshi arched his eyebrows. "You're far too tense! Don't prepare to fight unless you know the enemy's coming directly for you." Yamcha nodded, smiling and a little embarrassed. "Ha ha... Sorry, Master Roshi." They walked past another few fights, until finally Master Roshi sighed.

"Less than half of the original number of fighters are left." "Yeah. But-" "Don't say it." "I didn't even-" "Yamcha, that'll jinx us. You were about to say 'but at least no one on our team has been eliminated yet'. Then one or two of us will get eliminated." Yamcha nodded again. "It's time I start pulling my own weight." Master Roshi decided. Suddenly, two energy boomerangs hurtled out of nowhere and towards them. Master Roshi and Yamcha both quickly dodged, but then a fighter from Universe 4- the one who had thrown the energy boomerangs -jumped towards them, forming a giant hammer out of energy. "You're open!" She slammed it down, but by then Yamcha and Master Roshi were long gone. While they hid for a moment, Master Roshi told Yamcha to go out on his own, and Yamcha (somewhat reluctantly) obliged, running off to go fight his own fights. Meanwhile, Master Roshi came out of hiding.

"They got away?" the fighter exclaimed. Her eyes narrowed, and she whirled around to see Master Roshi standing on a rock and looking down at her. "So, you use your energy to form weapons. A rather interesting way of fighting." "Oh, you can move fast for an old man." "Young lady, you don't have the strength to beat me." "What?" "I'd rather not raise a hand to a girl." This caused the female fighter who was from Universe 4, named Caway, to grin deviously. "You seem confident, but are you aware of my power?" "I've been observing the whole time. Ever since the tournament began. Who uses what attacks and how strong they are." Caway pointed at Master Roshi. "In that case, do you know my other specialty?" "Hm?" Caway held up a finger and winked, then removed her cape, exposing more of her lower body. Beerus grimaced. "Seduction, huh?" Krillin laughed. "Ha! What an idiot. Master Roshi suppressed his desires before the tournament started! There's no way that that's gonna..." Caway struck two seductive poses, and Master Roshi's cheeks began to redden. A grin spread across his face. Krillin slapped his forehead and groaned. "It's working!" he said through clenched teeth. Elder Kai laughed and yelled at Caway to expose more of her body. "Honored ancestor, p-please stop that." Supreme Kai said nervously. Master Roshi leaped towards Caway, who smirked, then whirled in a circle, an energy spear now in her hands. "You dirty old man!" The second before she speared (Author's Note: Oh, sorry, that was awful.) Master Roshi, he managed to bring his urges under control and avoided the attack. Caway frowned, but she was undeterred and tried again. This time, Master Roshi caught the spear between his index finger and thumb.

The old martial artist wiped his forehead. "That was close." "Hey!" Caway exclaimed, trying to pull her spear free from Master Roshi's fingers. He didn't budge. "How can an old man be this strong?!" Caway asked. As she kept pulling, the spear began to bend, until finally it snapped and Caway fell backwards. Master Roshi began waving his hands around as if he was a magician trying to hypnotize someone. Eventually he stopped. "I've always lived according to my desires. Yet I've suppressed those desires. Do you understand that?" Caway shrunk under his gaze. Suddenly, Master Roshi's chest muscles bulged, and Caway scrambled backwards, grabbing her cape and clenching it to her chest. "All that energy I would have wasted..." Master Roshi continued, "It's pent up in this body beyond its limits. It's boiling up like magma!" Master Roshi shouted and then stepped forward. "You tried to seduce me in this state. You..." He reached towards Caway. "Don't blame me for what happens next." Caway screamed "Noooo!" and ran right off the stage. "I'll lose my appeal as a wife if he touches me!" She was eliminated. Beerus smiled. "It seemed close for a moment there." He pumped his fist. "Keep it up, old man!"
