There once lived a runner who liked to run. He ran farther than anyone, even farther than Forrest Gump. He would run, and run, each and every day. Running from task to task, place to place, failing to ever stop and take a breath. One day, he was running and fell into quicksand.

As he was sinking into the sand, his life flashed before his eyes. He realized he was running away from all his fears, and running away from life itself. He prayed to his higher power and said, "Please higher power, if you let me escape this doom I promise to live my life differently. I promise to slow down, appreciate life and smell the roses for once."

Miraculously, Indiana Jones appeared out of thin air and threw a rope down from a tree and pulled the runner up to safety.

The runner, following up on his promise, smelled the first rose he saw. He sneezed immediately after one big whiff, and realized that he didn't smell a rose, instead, he smelt a gluten flower and he was extremely allergic to gluten. He went into anaphylactic shock and died.
