"So, Samuel are you going to the fall Dance this weekend?" Samuel laughed at Georges question.
"God no. I'd much rather go watch a movie in my pajamas instead of going to a dance where people are grinding up on each other. Besides, I don't have anyone to go with" he replied, grabbing his textbook from his locker. George laughed at the statement as the two started walking towards their next class, history with Mister Washington. They entered the classroom and sat down at their table in the back, waiting for everybody to come into the room.
"If you had a date, would you go?" Samuel dug through his backpack, searching for something.
"Well, Yeah. But who on earth would ask me?" he said, laughing again. George grinned as Samuel set a notebook and his pencil case on the table.
"Samuel, would you want to go to the dance with me this weekend?" George asked, grinning nervously. Samuel blinked in surprise, blushing.
"A-are you serious?" George nodded frantically.
"Uh, sure!"
