Y/N: Faster....I'm almost there...I can still save her!

You were running at top speed, your red jacket fluttering behind you. Grunting as you slipped, you managed to speed up even more as you heard the sounds of battle up ahead, blasters going off and yelling. You manage to get to the door, huffing as you started smashing against some bones that blocked the way.

Y/N: No...I failed Papyrus already! I failed Toriel, and Undyne, and Mettaton! I can't fail you too!

You allowed your soul to come out of your chest, forming a sword in your hand that you used to cut the bones to pieces. Rushing in, you used the pillars as cover to get closer. Looking over, you smiled as you saw Sansa holding that demon at bay.

Sansa: And now for my special attack...

You saw the beads of sweat on her forehead as she looked around desperately, not noticing you. Sighing, she keeps her hand up while the demon stands there waiting.

Y/N: I think...I think she did it...

Her hand slowly comes down and you look at her face, taking off from your spot as she snores slightly. The kid attacks Sansa and Sansa dodges it.

Sansa: You really think I'm just gonna stand there and take it?

A second swing comes at her and she closes her eyes, only to hear a grunt of pain from ahead of her. She opens her eyes and gasps at the figure ahead of her, dripping blood.

Sansa: Y/N....

Y/N: S-Sorry...I'm so late...but I made it...j-just in time....right?

Sansa reaches out, but you hold out your hand.

Y/N: Take a break...

Your wound glows red and you stand straight up, your eyes glowing red. Smiling, you put your hands in your pockets.

Y/N: Please kiddo...no, you prefer Chara, right? ...Don't do this. I don't want to have to fight you. Reset, and we'll forget this all happened.

Chara: Sorry pal, but no can do. I'm going to erase this world, and everyone in it.

You close your eyes and sigh before a smirk appears on your face, your soul appearing as your real form reveals itself to be a human bearing determination.

Y/N: I'm a bit of a thief Sansa, sorry. Birds will never sing again, flowers will fail to bloom. On gloomy days like this... I'm DETERMINED to stop you!

Chara smirks and attacks, but you just step out of the way, using a wave of pure determination to send her flying. Taking a hand out of your pocket and slamming it upwards, a beam of determination erupting to knock her away. Chara decides to check you and you smile as the information appears.

She grunts and attacks you again, but you duck and slam a fist into her gut, lauching her backwards and into a jagged bone that pierces her shoulder. Pulling it out, she lunges at you again and you use your determination to create a sword, cutting her left arm off.

Y/N: Last chance Chara. If you give up now and reset, I'm sure me and Frisk would be willing to help you. We could give you a SOUL.

You watch as she debates with herself before dropping the knife and coming closer, holding out her arms. You hug her as she starts crying.

Y/N: I know why you did this, and I know why you're crying. Don't worry now, you know what's next. If you truly want to make this right, reset this time. Don't continue, or I'll stand side by side with Sansa. Now Chara....

A red beam shoots upwards, right through her soul.

Y/N: Get dunked on.

Darkness now. That's all there is, all that can be...until a flash of light erupts and makes it all go away. Suddenly you feel everything.

You sit up quickly and look around, noticing Sansa asleep beside you. You shake her and she slowly sits up, looking around. Rubbing her eyes, she looks into the kitchen to see Papyrus.

Sansa: Were...Were you able to convince the kid to reset?

Y/N: Yeah. It's over. We did it, we saved our timeline. But I guess that means my time is over here.

Sansa: What?! No, it can't be, you have to stay here!

Y/N: No...my mission was to stop her, and I did. My determination is wearing out, so I think it's finally time I got some....long deserved rest.

Sansa: Why not just sleep here....no...no, I won't let you do that. Not to me, you Bonehead. 

You snicker at the pun before she grabs you. Without even being able to respond, she pulls you close and starts shaking.

Sansa: I don't want you to leave me, Y/N. I want...I want the person I fell in love with to stay with me forever...

Your eyes widen as you pull her close, rubbing her back.

Y/N: I guess now....I should stay DETERMINED to stay with you. Now stop crying, it's a bit out of Character for you, you know.

She sniffles as she backs off, rubbing the tears from her eyes.

Y/N: I guess now's as good a time to say it as any then.

Sansa: S-Say what?

Y/N: The only thing left to say silly... I love you too, Sansa. Now you go tell Papy, I have to go keep a promise.

Sansa: Okay, and Y/N? Try not to make any more promises.

Y/N: We're the same like that, Sansa. I hate making promises. I tend to have to break them. But here's one more promise. I promise to stay with you as long as I can.

Sansa: In that case...I promise the same thing to you.

Y/N: See you later, Sansa.
