Jack smiled down at his daughter that was sleeping in his arms. Gabbie was out getting some diapers so Jack got to spend some alone time with his beautiful baby girl.
Zach walked down the stairs and smiled at Jack and Lavender. Zach and Jack has been flirting with each other and they both really like each other, but Jack had Gabbie, which put an awkward space between them.
"Hey Jack," Zach said as he sat down next to him. Jack smiled over at Zach, he was so adorable.
"Hey," Jack said softly. "I actually need to talk to you for a minute."
"Ok, what about?" Zach asked, he looked around to make sure they were alone.
"I, I want to break up with Gabbie. I've just found myself falling for you more and more, and I know we said that we couldn't keep flirting or whatever but I don't feel as much with Gabbie as I do with you," Jack explained. Zach smiled softly and rubbed Jack's back.
"Well, do whatever your heart desires. But, if you do break up with her I just ask that you don't mention me, I don't want to lose a friend because you break up," Zach said shyly.
"Of course I won't mention you, I wouldn't throw you under the bus like that," Jack reassured. Zach smiled and kissed Jack's cheek, which made Jack smile as well. Zach saw Gabbie's car pull up in the driveway.
"Gabbie's here, I'll go upstairs."
Zach quickly got off of the couch and walked upstairs.
Gabbie walked in the door and smiled at Jack.
"Hey babe," Gabbie said happily.
"Hey," Jack mumbled. Gabbie walked over to Jack and sat beside him.
"What's wrong?" Gabbie asked. She pushed some of Jack's hair out of his face and smiled at him.
"I, I need to talk to you," Jack explained.
"What about?"
"I think we should break up," Jack said quickly.
"What? Why?!" Gabbie asked, her eyes filling with tears.
