Jack sat at his home office, he was trying to finish up his work for the day so he could spend time with his husband and daughter.

He typed away on his computer, he was so focused that he didn't even notice the door open. His 6 year old daughter came running over to him and tapped his arm. Jack looked over at her and frowned.

"Kaitlyn, I'm busy honey," Jack said. He gently pushed her away and looked back at the computer screen. Kaitlyn frowned and nodded before walking back out of the office. She walked downstairs and ran to her other dad, Jonah.

"Daddy, papa didn't let me stay," she whined.

"Papa's very busy darling," Jonah said softly.

"He didn't even say hi daddy! He just said he's busy and pushed me away," Kaitlyn explained. A few tears rolled onto her cheeks, she was clearly upset by Jack's actions.

"I'll go talk to him, you just stay here, Alright?"

"Ok daddy."

Jonah walked upstairs and gently knocked on Jack's office door before walking in. Jack didn't even look away from his computer screen.

"I told you I'm busy Kaitlyn," Jack said angrily.

"Well that's no way to speak to our daughter," Jonah commented. Jack turned his head and frowned when he saw Jonah looking at him angrily.

"Hey Jo," Jack said quietly.

"Why did you push her away? She just wanted to say hi," Jonah asked. He tried not to lose his patience but it was hard.

"Because I'm clearly busy and I need to work in peace," Jack explained. He was frustrated with his husband for questioning him.

"She's 6 Jack, she doesn't understand that yet. You could've at least explained why you needed it to be quiet, instead of pushing her away and making her feel like shit," Jonah said, raising his voice slightly.

"Jesus Christ Jonah, can't you just understand that I can't have any distractions. Do you know how distracting it is working from home? Especially with Kaitlyn home all the time now I can't focus," Jack said loudly.

"She's your daughter Jack, you shouldn't be ignoring her," Jonah shouted.

"I'm not trying to Jonah! She's just very distracting," Jack groaned. Both men were very frustrated and upset at the moment, they both knew that this wouldn't end up well. Both of them were silent for a few moments before Jonah spoke up.

"I can't believe you Jack, Kaitlyn should be a priority over work," Jonah said.

"And you think she isn't?"

"Well clearly you don't care enough to take your eyes off of the damn computer screen for 2 minutes to say hi to her," Jonah shouted. Jack put his head into his hands and tugged at his hair. Out of nowhere he bursted into tears.

"I'm such a terrible father," Jack cried. Jonah frowned and walked over to Jack. He pulled him out of the computer chair and helped him stand up. He pulled his husband into a tight hug and rubbed his back. "Why didn't I notice before? I'm neglecting my own child. I'm a terrible father Jonah."

"Shh love, you're not a terrible father. Kaitlyn loves you so much, she just needs more attention to feel love back from you," Jonah explained.

He rocked the blond back and forth in his arms until he was calmed down. They pulled away from the hug and Jack looked up at Jonah with teary eyes. Jonah gently pecked his lips with a smile.

"I'm sorry Jobear," Jack said quietly.

"It's okay my love," Jonah replied.

"I'll log off of work and finish up tomorrow. Can you go get a movie ready with Kaitlyn?" Jack asked softly. Jonah kissed Jack's forehead.

"Of course."

Jack walked downstairs and Kaitlyn ran over to him. Jack picked her up and hugged her tightly.

"I'm so sorry darling, papa's just very busy, I didn't mean to push you away like that," Jack said softly.

"It's okay papa, I love you," Kaitlyn mumbled into Jack's shoulder.

"I love you too Kaitlyn. What movie did you pick out?"

"Frozen 2!" Kaitlyn exclaimed. Jack put Kaitlyn back on the ground and she ran over to the couch. Jack sat down in between Jonah and Kaitlyn. Kaitlyn cuddled into him as Jonah played the movie.

The blond man smiled at his family. How did he get so lucky?
