Seven sighs the moment that Y/n and Saeran leave the apartment. He was able to do most of the prep last night, so all he has to do is download a few files from a flash drive to Y/n's laptop and her firewall should be fortified. Deciding to first start with Y/n's phone, he quickly unlocks it by connecting it to his computer and running one of his many programs.

To his surprise, outside of the RFA, she doesn't seem to talk to many people. "I thought she was the constantly-surrounded-by-friends type," he mumbles to himself as her scans through her most recent texts. Her only recent contact is her father. He clicks open the chat and scrolls back to read their most recent conversation.

Dad: Your old math teacher stepped by again and raved about how good your brownie ice-cream cake recipe is again

Y/n: Ugh, I can literally feel the calories weighing me down

Y/n: I still can't believe you let me eat stuff like that all the time

Dad: I couldn't help it! I'm a baker after all ;)

Y/n: Yeah whatever

Y/n: How's everyone holding up over there?

Y/n: Same old same old I assume?

Dad: Haha, of course

Dad: Our mail man still comes at the same time too

Y/n: It's not still old man Fred is it?

Dad: The one you used to say came out of the womb wrinkled and with a cane?

Y/n: Yeah 😂

Dad: It's still him. He hasn't retired yet 😂

Y/n: I swear he's older than the town it self. A living relic if you will.

Y/n: You should put him a box and tell him to mail himself here. I'll make sure he makes it to a nice museum with a large display case

Dad: I'm dying but who gave you this sense of humor? 😂

Y/n: Who knows~

Dad: Well, have you been going to the doctor when you're supposed to? Everyone back here is always asking if you're doing well now

Y/n: Yup, I'm doing just fine

Dad: And you've made friends there now right?

Y/n: I've always have friends

Dad: •_•

Y/n: ...

Dad: I thought so

Dad: You should come back home

Dad: Everyone has been waiting here for you...

Y/n: Dad, I'm not ready to go home yet

Y/n: I might not ever be

Y/n: I just want to be here for now

Y/n: And I met some people that I might be able to make friends with recently, so don't worry too much

Y/n: I'll be fine, I've always been.
