"COME ON, LEE," Elijah yells as he paces in the living room, "We're gonna be late."
He spares yet another glance at his watch as he waits for Aliyah to leave her bedroom. The time was quickly approaching seven o'clock and though Aliyah was, at first, rushing him, she was now the one he was waiting on.
"I'm coming," She announces, her voice now coming down the hallway. Elijah turns just in time to see her step out looking like a goddess.
Her curls flow down her back smoothly, stopping right below her collar bones. The dress fits her perfectly, stopping just as it reaches the floor, accentuating the curves that Elijah was obsessed with.
"Damn," He whispers, blinking profusely as he does a double take.

Aliyah's eyes meet his, an invisible blush appearing on her cheeks as she sees his eyes trail down her body. Elijah was looking fine as hell too ━ his matching blue two-piece suit fitting across his broad shoulders and the rest of his toned body.
She chuckles, "You don't look too bad yourself." Really? That's the best you could come up with? "You look very handsome."
A small smile grows on Elijah's face as he steps towards her until they're toe to toe, "And you look stunning."
"Oh, I know," She responds, sarcastically, eliciting a chuckle from the man in front of her.
"So humble," He mumbles before he kisses her forehead, "We gotta leave now."
She taps his firm chest, "Then what are we standing around for? Let's gooo."
