"Excuse me--I mean pardon me your highness?" I almost forgot the formality!
This is insane, what is he saying? I thought we agreed that I don't plan to marry him nor the Prince.
"O-oh!" Lilliane said like she's thinking with her small brain.
Levi just smirked, I was about to speak again when someone interrupted me, I look at Lilliane, how dare she?
"Prince Luxius!" She even stood up. "May the peace of Guibash bless you!" I joined Lilliane with here greetings.
"What are you doing here brother?" Luxius asked when he saw Levi sitting comfortably in our couch.
"How about you?" Levi asked back.
Luxius look at me.
"I'm here for my usual visit." Luxius said and pat my head.
Levi raise his one brow and sit properly.
"Usual you say?" Am I the only one who's feeling the tension between these two princes?
"Yes, I do visit her once a week but I'm getting busy so I can't do that anymore but Im here today so.." Luxius shrugged.
"So you're here to visit Lady Laissè?" Levi asked then look at me.
"You can say that." Tumayo si Levi.
They are not close brothers? Well Prince Cailevi was out in a war for almost 8 year that is suppose to be 10 year long, I don't know what happened.
"That's good then, Tia and I will walk in the garden." Levi stood up.
"Tia?" Luxius in shock. He look at me waiting for my answer.
"Oh, the first prince told me that he is my sister's first love!" Lilliane said laughing.
Ha!
I just smiled at Luxius.
"What?"
"Things happen you know!" Tumawa pa si Lilliane, can't she read the air?
I'm in an awkward situation and this bastard prince isn't even denying it!
Luxius laugh and then gave us his serious face.
"I actually came here to meet Tia." He said my nickname, even emphasizing it infront of Levi. "I'm gonna ask you something, is't alright to have a tea with you in your roo--"
"Why would you go to my sister's room? You're not her lover Prince Luxius and her room is not your haven." We all look at the bug who looks irritated.
He just came.
Oh my gosh!
He's like a carbon copy of my atittude way back before I died, the atittude where I can't hide my irritation and disrespect anyone who irritates me!
"I'm your sister's suitor, Theodore." Luxius. I saw in the side of my eye the Levi smirked.
Is this amusing to you Prince Cailevi?
"Why don't y-you just tell her what you want to say?" We all look at Lilliane. "The first prince also want to talk to sister Tia, why don't go have t-tea with m-me i-instead, Prince L-luxius?" Wow, she's blushing.
"No need, Since I'm gonna leave soon I'm just gonna tell her now." I never seen Luxius this serious except where he wield a sword on me then. I didn't know serious face will suit him well, my sight were blurry then. He's handsome.
"Please then, Prince Luxius." I formally said.
"Come with me at the New Moon's Banquet."
Oh I almost forgot about that.
I smiled at him and about to answer when two voices interrupted me again! This is getting irritating, why do they like to iterrupt me?
"She's not going."
"She's going with me."
I look at the bug and Levi who spoke at the same time, they also look at each other.
What's wrong with these two?
"She'll go with me Luxius." Levi said with so much authority.
"But I already sent her a letter in advance." Luxius said.
"Pardon me?" I asked, I didn't receive any invitation letter about that banquet.
"I sent you one." He said, I just realize something when someone behind me made a noise.
I smirked.
"I'm afraid I didn't receive any of your letters." I said.
"It's not important, you'll go with me right?" He asked. I didn't answer, no one dare.
I can't answer him since Levi said he'll come with me. If I choose Luxius Levi might think that I'm siding his brother. Luxius is his possible rival, and if I choose Levi, I'm afraid-- what am I afraid of?
I have nothing to lose when I decided to side Levi, I actually have nothing to lose since I already died, I just don't want to waste this second life and be in vain again.
But what am I fearing right now?
If I reject Luxius he might side with Lilliane and what if he became the Crown Prince before Levi?
What will happen to Levi?
But worse, what will happen to me if Lilliane get higher status than me?
My greed is my fear.
"She'll come with me Luxius." I came back to reality when Levi spoke, I look at him.
It's as if he read what's going on inside my brain.
"When did you became her spokeperson?" I gulp.
"Then why don't you ask Tia?" Levi's confident won't fade kahit na hindi ako nagsasalita. I look at him straight in the eyes.
I bit my lower lip.
I am sorry, Levi.
"I-i'll be going with Prince Cailevi, im sorry Prince Luxius, maybe it'll be better if you ask my sister to come with you." Levi smirked.
I am sorry Levi, I doubted you for a second. I almost forgot that you're mine.
I'm being greedy, its as if it's my talent.
