you sighed in relief as you felt pure happiness soar through your body.

you haven't felt this free in a while.

"and now we have spring break for a week," suna yawned. "time to take a break from all the cramming."

it was true that the past week and a half had been filled with complete stress.

even though it was only midterms, all the teachers thought that it'd be a good idea to practice as if it were finals week—which unfortunately resulted in mountains of homework and assignments while also trying to find time to study.

you barely had enough time to go on your phone with the events of midterms, and the most you've talked with oikawa was a mere ten minutes a day.

although the exams drained you mentally, you had to admit that they were a good distraction.

from everything.

almost another two and a half weeks had passed since the last time kageyama had texted you.

and not even a single explanation was given.

what the fuck is going on?

to be completely honest, you were HELLA annoyed and mad at the blueberry, but as time went on, you found that it was proving to be almost impossible to hate him.

now that the initial anger had mostly dissolved, you missed talking to him.

and even though you knew that you should not be feeling this way, you still wanted to know why kageyama is acting so cold all of a sudden.
