ೃ⁀➷ "life is full of epiphanies."

ˏˋ°•*⁀➷ "and you're one of them."

dreams really do come true.

that, was the irony of your life.

your once screwed-over life finally saw the light.

or rather, he finally showed you the light. because after all, you were the light of each other's life. the beacons of hope, if you will.

three years ago, if someone told you where you'd be, you'd burst into laughter. at the mere ridiculousness, because, you never once imagined that things could end up so... perfect.

and that's the most magical part of it all.

"you didn't."

he smiled at you as he leaned in to kiss your cheek.

"and that's congratulations on finishing first year of uni—with the highest marks in your year, as we all knew you would," the boy whispered.

your eyes welled as you gazed at him.

tobio kageyama, the boy of your dreams.

a boy you could spend the rest of your life with—a boy you were going to spend the rest of your life with.

you've both been through everything together. you've been through all the ugliness and beauty of life, and both made it out alive, whole... and, well, still together.

that's just what life is, isn't it?

there are always people who were meant to part ways, just so that they could find each other again.

and there was a special type of beauty—of living through it all, experiencing it all, and being able to create all the memories along the way.

it was a must to keep those memories alive as you move forwards.

and on this day—the last day of the final semester of your first year at kyoto university...kageyama surprised you with concert tickets.
