"ok bitch, with what money?" suna scoffed at atsumu.
"yeah i'm poor too," you sighed. "i'm just glad we even got normal plane tickets."
departing hyogo about twenty minutes ago, the four of you were now on your way to the airport.
to miyagi.
the drive from hyogo to miyagi would've been around 12 hours, and suna had said that there was no way that he was going to be going on a 12 hour road trip when flying was an option.
as a result, you had all agreed to buying plane tickets since all the plans have already been made.
you knew that suna and osamu were dreading the fact that they wasted money on this trip, but you also knew that they would've gone with you guys to miyagi no matter what.
and even though the plane tickets definitely weren't cheap, you still felt like they were worth it.
you haven't travelled somewhere from plane for the longest time, and it brought you excitement when you realized that you'd be going with your best friends.
and truthfully, you really wanted to meet oikawa too.

"are we there yet?" osamu yawned.
to be honest, you doubted that osamu even wanted to come on this road trip—he probably tagged along for suna.
"no," atsumu called to his twin brother. "we still have like thirty minutes before we even get to the airport."
you groaned impatiently from the passenger seat. all you wanted was to be in miyagi already.
"drive faster," you pouted at your best friend. atsumu was driving—even though his driving is very much questionable—and you were sitting in the front while suna and osamu were in the back.
"patience," atsumu said, grinning with his eyes on the road. you sat back on your seat and looked out the window as the streets blurred past.
it was about seven in the morning and the sun was just starting to rise. #gOldEnHoUr
you smiled as you thought about the week to come, and how a boring spring break somehow turned into an eventful one.
