Harlow Loughty, the mutant witch. An un-seen combination known before in the history of the world. The girls mutant side was kept a secret to keep her safe. After all her mutant counter parts were hunted and killed to what the humans believe to be extinction.
His plans got hitched when the young girl mysteriously vanished. Lucky for Dumbledore she reappears for the start of her fifth year, even more useful than before.
But, it seems as though not only the Wizarding world need the girls help but also the whole world when catastrophe hits New York, putting the whole of man kind at risk.
