Woods x Reader: Confessions - Part 1

I walk around Red Base writing down things that need to be taken care of for employee safety. Matt had given me this task since I had finished all my other jobs for the day. I didn't mind hanging out in Red Base especially since Woods worked over here. Woods and I had gotten really close since I was hired at spellbound. Over the time we knew each other I had fallen head over heels for the boy. I continued to walk through the building saving Wood's warehouse for last since I didn't really want to disturb him while he was walking.

I wrote a few things down, I noticed whether it's a ladder that was left out or a floor needing to be cleaned up. I wasn't trying to be picky about the things I put on the list to be done but I was still making sure to keep everyone safe in the process. I did however take the time to put some things away that were left out from previous shoots.

I headed to Wood's warehouse since it was the last place to check. The doors were open since it was a warm day at the studio. I walk in and look around. I didn't see Woods at first and maybe that was a good thing cause I wasn't expecting to see what I saw. I turn to see Woods pulling the edge of his shirt up to whip the sweat off his face. I gasp slightly as I put my clipboard to my face and turn to walk out.

"Y/N?" Woods asks, hearing me gasp.

"Fuck" I mumble as my face turns red from being caught. I pull the clipboard down and peer over at Woods. He still has his shirt in his hand showing off his stomach still. I blush as I look towards the floor. "Hey. Um sorry to interrupt Matt wanted me to walk around and look for safety hazards"

"You weren't interrupting anything important but hey while you're here I have something to ask you," Woods says.

"Oh," I say looking at him. He finally had put his shirt down. "What did you want to ask me?"

"Okay so I..." Woods starts to say. I could tell he was nervous so I walked over and grabbed his hand holding it gently. "I wanted to know if- I don't want to make things awkward between us since we work together but I wanted to know if I could take you on a date?"

"You want to take me on a date?" I was shocked.

"Yeah. I was thinking maybe tomorrow I could pick you up and bring you to my place so I can cook for you and we could maybe watch a movie." Woods says.

I smile at him before leaning over and kissing his cheek gently. "I'll text you my address," I say before heading out to head back to Blue Base.

I turn around once I get to the door of the warehouse to see Woods dancing happily causing me to giggle quietly to not disturb him. I bite my lip as I walk out of Red Base. Once I knew no one could hear me I let out an excited squeal. Little did I know someone did hear me.

"What are you so happy about?" I hear Sam ask me, causing me to jump. Sam and Bailey were walking out of Red Base behind me.

"Woods asked me out on a date" I say smiling.

"He did!" Sam says excitedly. "He's been talking about you non-stop for the past few days."

"Really?" I ask, blushing.

"Yes oh my god you have to let bailey and I pick out your outfit. When is your date?" Sam asks.

"Tomorrow" I answer.

"I'm free today to hang out," Baileys says.

"Awesome so girls day at Y/Ns tonight" Sam says.
