Ben x Reader: I need you safe - Part 1

Being in love with the enemy was hard. Sometime's it was hard keeping it a secret but when I joined the team on their adventure to end everything with Syntec. Especially after the day, he showed up. He showed up one day and turned everything upside down. Secret glances at each turned into late-night meetings, well until he was thrown in jail. Now I was gonna be tested for my loyalty.

"Hey Woods, can you go grab the device from the vault?" Matt asks. 

"Yeah," Woods says leaving. 

That was odd since we always went together. It was a safety precaution. I started to get nervous when Woods hadn't returned yet. 

"Bailey, Y/N, Can you go check on him? What is taking that kid so long?" Matt says. 

I nod as I left with Bailey. I walk over with her silently. When we got to Blue Base we noticed something odd. There was a black blanket covering the entrance. I watch as an arm grabs Bailey. 

"Bailey!" I scream as I run after her. I push through the sheet to see her and Woods tied up against the wall. "What the hell?" 

"Y/N lookout" Woods yells. 

An arm wraps around my waist while a hand clasps over my mouth. I am dragged into another room. I struggle until the door to the room is closed and I am let go of. I quickly spin around to see Ben. 

"Ben?!" I whisper yell. "Oh my god," I quickly wrap my arms around him tightly. He hugs me tightly. "How are you here? How are you out of jail?"

"Nelson, he's possessing Matt," Ben says. "You need to leave" 

"Ben I can't you have my friends tied up. I can't leave them this way" I say to him. 

"Fine then stay here and stay hidden. He isn't going to harm them" Ben says before he leaves the room without me. 

I pace the room silently as I listened to what went on out in the hall. I could hear Sam was now captured as well as Nelson had revealed themselves to the team. Something must of happened cause the girls were yelling at Woods. 

"You know Woodland, I think you make a great phantom" Nelson says. "Ben, take him to the car"

I quickly run out and push Ben off Woods. I stand protectively in front of Woods. 

"Ah, I was wondering where you went," Nelson says looking at me.

"Take me. Not Woods" I say quickly. 

"And why would I take you?" Nelson asks looking over me. 

"Because I won't put up a fight. I will go willingly. Woods will put up a fight." I explain. 

Nelson looks over me. "Fine. Ben tie her up and put her in the car" 

Ben walks over to me and pulls my arms behind my back gently. "What are you doing?" Ben whispers to me as he ties my hands up. 

"Protecting my friends. I would do the same for you" I whisper back. "Do me a favor, reach into my back pocket, and pull out the device in there. Drop it at my friend's feet as we walk past. "

Ben slides his hand into my back pocket pulling out the small device. As we walk past my friends he drops it right into Woods's lap. I wink at Woods before Ben pulls me outside and to the car. He helps me inside. Nelson walks over and talks to Ben a bit before Ben gets into the car. 

"You're staying with me in the RV" Ben says to me as we drive. 

I nod as I sit uncomfortably in the back of his car. Once we were at Ben's RV he helps me out of the car and walks me to the RV. Once inside, Ben unties my wrists. I sigh in relief as I rub the pain out of my wrist.
