Matt x Reader: My Side or His - Part 2

Matt had the audacity to throw my brother in jail and then not speak to me for months. I had sent him a few texts saying that I missed him and that I was sorry but he would open the message and not reply. I wanted to give up but I found that I loved him. Being away from for so long showed me that I actually was in love with my best friend.

My phone ringing causes me to jump from my thought. I look to see that it was Sam calling me. I was confused since the team hasn't talked to me alot either.

"Hello?" I say answering it.

"Y/N we need your help" I hear Woods says.

"What's going on?" I ask.

"We are on our way to get you. Your at home right" Woods asks

"Yeah of course. I'll meet you guys outsidem" I say before hanging up.

I quickly get around and meet the time outside. They quickly explain how Nelson Syphus has taken over Matt and how my brother is working with him. They explain that they were headed to turn on the S.P.I.R.E which would allow Nelson to control the whole valley. We quickly get to the S.P.I.R.E location and find the secret bunker that leads to the control panel.

Sam goes down only to be chased up a few minutes later by my brother. Ben makes eye contact with me before speaking.

"We are out of creamer in the breakroom. Would you prefer Regular or Vanilla?" Ben asks.

"Peppermint" Sam quickly says.

"Order Confirmed" Ben says before heading back down the ladder to the bunker.

Sam runs back over to go back down.

"Wait. Let me go with you" I say quickly.

She nods and leads me down. Upon getting off the ladder, I could see my brother and Matt. I wanted to so badly walk around to hug Matt but I knew he was Nelson at the moment. Something happened causing Nelson to get mad at my brother. A few moments later the machine in the room beeps and Matt back up into the corner.

"Matt?" Sam says.

"Where am i?" Matt says. I quickly run around Sam throwing myself into Matt hugging him tightly "Oh my god Y/N?" Matt says hugging me tightly back.

I pull back slightly putting my hands on Matt's face before pulling him into a deep kiss. Matt immediately kisses back pulling me closer. Sam coughing behind us cause us to pull away.

Matt looks to my brother "Ben?" He says before he quickly goes to hug him.

"Are you serious?" Ben says hugging Matt back.

We all head back up so Woods and Bailey could see Matt. My brother says he's goodbyes before leaving. I wanted to go with him by my heart told me to stay with Matt. Matt hold my hand gently looking at me.

"I'm sorry I made you choose. I was so hurt because I loved you and it felt like you were betraying me" Matt says to me.

"Matt I forgave you a long time ago." I say to him.

"Long time ago? How long have I been under?" Matt asks.

"Several months" I answer. "Nelson did not like to answer me back either."

"Im so sorry" Matt says to me.

"It's okay. I have you back now which is all that matter" I say before pulling him into another kiss.
