Matt x Reader: True Love's Kiss

Matt's POV

I walk in spellbound with my phone in my hand. I hadn't heard from Y/N yet today which was odd since she was supposed to come in today.

"Hey, Sam?" I yell.

"Yeah?" Sam says walking down the stairs.

"Has Y/N gotten here yet?" I ask.

"No. Woods tried to calm her earlier but she didn't answer. Is she not answering you?" Sam asks.

I shake my head. My phone going on caused me to look at it.

Unknown: I left you a gift -GR

"Gary Reynolds texted me. Saying he left me a gift" I say looking at Sam and Woods who had now joined us.

"Um, Matt?" I hear Bailey says from the couch in front of Blue base.

I turn to see Y/N outside. She was looking around confused. I walk over and open the door.

"There you are Y/N," I say.

"I'm sorry. Who are you?" Y/N says.

"What? Are you playing a prank on me?" I say grabbing her arm gently.

"Don't touch me" Y/N yells backing up. "Who are you! Where am i? This guy just drops me off her and tells me to not leave and then leaves me her"

"You're at Spellbound. My company. I'm Matt. Let's get you inside. We can figure out what's going on?" I say to her.

I lead her inside. Sam, Woods, and Bailey run over. I put my hand up to stop them. They follow us over to the common area by the kitchen. I have Y/N sit down.

"How much do you remember?" I ask.

"My name." She says.

I nod putting my hands to my face.

"Gary Reynolds. Does that name ring a bell to you?" Woods asks her.

"No should it?" She asks.

"We think he took your memories away," I say. "We just need to figure out how to get those memories back"

"Subject 4 might be able to help," Sam says.

I pull out my phone and open discord. I post in the S.O.S channel.

Me: Y/N lost memory. Gary Reynolds did something to her. We need ideas on how to get her memories back.

I watched as people spam the channel. Most of the messages were people joking around.

Me: This is serious. Please... I really need your help

More messages flood the screen. Many say to kiss her then true loves kiss should bring her memories. I groan slightly at this since it was just something you hear in stories. I hear Woods laugh from beside me. He had the discord open as well.

"You're going to make me do it. Aren't you?" I say to him.

"It's worth a shot," Woods says before showing the girls the messages.

I get up and walk over to Y/N

"What's going on?" She asks.

I hold on my hand to her which she grabs. I walk her into the kitchen area away from the others for a bit more privacy.

"We might have a way to get your memories back," I say to her. "So I'm sorry for this"

I grab her face gently with one hand while I press the other to her lower back bringing her closer. I press my lips to hers gently. YN tries to pull away before she melts into the kiss. I pull away slowly looking at her. I watch her scan the area before her eyes land on me.

"Matt?" She says.

"Oh thank god!" I say kissing her again.

"Yes!" Woods cheers.

"What happened?" She asks after we pull away from each other.

"Gary Reynolds. He did something to make your memories disappear." I explain.

"Oh?" She says "and you kissed me to get them back?"

"Seems you love me as much as I love you," I say to her.

"True loves kiss," She says smiling.

I pull her back in for another kiss which she gladly accepts wrapping her arms around my shoulders. "Go out with me," I say pulling away a bit.

"Of course," She says smiling.

"And work with me," I say.

"Mmm, I get to date, my boss. How kinky" She says causing me to blush.

I lean down to her ear. "Means special treatment in my office" I whisper.

"Oh god, Matt! Your lav is on!" Sam yells pulling the headphones off her head and fake gagging.
