Woods x Reader: Don't Touch me

I rub my arm nervously has my gaze shifts from the group in front of me. Matt who eas being controlled by Nelson just left with Ben to find and activate the S.P.I.R.E. We were all kind of stunded by the whole thing since we had no clue what to do next.

"There's nothing we can do" Woods says to us.

"Woods there has to be something-" I had started to say only be interrupted by him.

"There's nothing we can do!" Woods yells cause me to flinch slightly. "They've taken everything we could have used to track them. They smashed the RSD!" Woods grips his hair "There's nothing we can do." He gets up to leave.

"Woods!" I say following him.

"I need space" He says leaving Blue.

"Woods!" Bailey cries running after him.

Sam and I follow her out the door. We run over to Red base.

"Woods, this can't be all for nothing" Sam says as we watch Woods grab a bat that was laying out nearby.

"Woods we can't be reckless" I say running after him.

Sam grabs me and holds me back as Woods starts to smash the mountaineer in anger. "It's been years!" He smashes the headlight "Years we've been in this!" He smashes a side mirror off the car causing Bailey to scream slightly. "And we've just wasted it!" He smashes one of side windows before slamming the bat into the windshield. "Now Matt's gone! Matt's gone and half the valley might be gone!" He throws the bat across the room causing me to back up as it flies past me.

When Woods looks up at me he could see my shaken state. He reaches for me only for me to back up. "Don't touch me" I whimper tears spilling down my face.

"Baby" Woods say upsetly.

My breathing was picking up quickly. Bailey grabs me and pulls me away from Sam and Woods. Sam moves to talk to Woods. Woods had his eyes on me the whole time as I worked through my panic attack with Bailey.

"Im sorry. I didn't mean to scare you guys" Woods says.

"Let's just go sit down so we can come up with a plan" Sam says.

Bailey holds my hand as she leads me to the common area. She sits me down on the couch before sitting down next to me. Woods sits down on the other side of me. His hand touches my lower back and knee gently. I tense up as I was still anxious. I slowly lean into his side allowing him to wrap his arms around my shaking form.

We eventually come up with a plan and head to save Matt. Once Matt was saved, Woods and I went back to his apartment. I was still pretty shaken up about earlier today. It was the first time I had seen Woods so mad. Woods leads me back to the bedroom once we were at his apartment. I change quick before climbing into bed. Woods does the same after taking care of Roo.

"Baby" Wood whispers getting my attention. He had his arms open for me. I move so I was laying on my stomach with my legs between his. My head rested on his shoulder. "Im sorry I got so mad today. It was never my intention to scare you."

I wrap my arms around his torso as I snuggle into him more. "I know. It's just the first time Ive seen you be that mad" I say to him.

"You know that no matter how mad I get I will never hurt you" Woods says as he brushes the hair out of my face.

I move so I can kiss him gently. "I know Woody" I say causing him to smile.

"I love you" He whispers.

"I love you too" I whisper back.

I kiss him again before moving to get comfortable next to him. Woods holds me tightly as I fall asleep.
