Ben X Reader: All around me - Part 2

I laugh as I chase my twin brother through the parking lot with nerf guns. Tanner had the fun idea to have a nerf battle in the parking lot since it was so nice outside. This lasted for a while until my phone was snatched from my back pocket.

"Woodland!" I yell chasing after him.

He quickly runs into Blue Base. I wave to Matt on my way in before sprinting up the stairs after him. He managed to get around me and head back down the steps

"Woodland Demars get back here!" I yelled running after him.

"Yo! Demar twins slow down before one of you gets hurt" Matt yells.

"Tell Woods to give me my phone back then," I say before meeting the eyes of the guy standing next to Matt. My eyes widen because I had been seeing him in my dreams for as long as I could remember and now he was standing right in front of me

"Woods give Y/N back her phone," Matt says.

"Yes dad," Woods says handing me my phone.

I reach over grabbing Woods's arm. I quickly drag him to my office upstairs. "Who is that?" I ask quickly.

"Who?" Woods asks.

"The guy with Matt" I answer.

"Oh, that's Benjamin Cobalt. He was the phantom that was haunting the studio. Why?" Woods asks.

"He's the guy," I say.

"What?" Wood says confused

"He's the guy from my reoccurring dreams," I say quickly.

"Him?" Woods says. I pull my sketchbook out and hand it to Woods. I watch Woods open it to the pictures I've drawn from my dreams. "Oh my god. It is him. You need to talk to him"

"How? I can't just go up to him and say hey I've seen you in my dreams" I say.

"Maybe you can," Wood says causing me to roll my eyes. "If you don't do it I will"

"Okay fine!" I say walking out of my office and to the conference room where I know Ben and Matt would be. I knock on the door before entering "Hey Matt," I say my eyes meeting Ben's blue eyes.

"What's up Y/N?" Matt asks.

"Can I borrow Ben? I have a question for him" I say.

"Oh yes of course we just finished up here," Matt says.

I watch Ben get up and follow me out of the conference room. I lead him over to my office closing the door behind us. I walk over to my desk, picking up my sketch book "Who are you? Why do I keep seeing you in my dreams?" I say holding out my sketchbook to him.

Ben sighs looking at me. "I'm not sure cause I see you in mine all the time. Typically you're running barefoot in a field or we're"

"Laying in bed together?" I ask.

"Exactly. God, I can't believe you're standing right in front of me. How is this even possible? How have we been dreaming of each other?" Ben says to me.

"I think I've read about it in a book before. I have the book at home somewhere" I say.

"Here hand me a pen," Ben says. I hand him a pen. He quickly grabs a piece of scrap and writes down an address "This is my address. I'm staying in an RV on these grounds. Find the book and come see me tonight"

I nod smiling slightly.

After work, I find the book before heading over to Ben's RV. I nervously knocked on the door before stepping back. The door opens revealing Ben.

"Hi!" I Say

"I'm glad you came," Ben says moving aside so I can walk into the RV.

I walk inside and look around. "It's cozy. I like it" I say.

"Yeah it's not much but it's home," He says sitting down at the table.

I sit down across from him setting the book down on the table. I flip it to the correct page. "When a person plagues another one's mind when dreaming is the person you are meant to be with. Typically these dreams show snippets of a potential future together" I read

"So a book is basically saying we are soulmates," Ben says.

"Pretty much," I say.

"So what now," Ben asks.

"I guess we decided now whether or not we want to be together," I say.

Ben gets up and moves to my side of the table. I scoot over for him.

"You have been the only thing that has plagued my mind and dreams since my time at Syntec. If this legend is true and this is why we have been dreaming of each other then I want to be with you" Ben says

"Really?" I say happily.

"Yes. The thought of holding you in my arms without you vanishing has been the only thing I have thought about" Ben says.

"You've held me in your dreams?" I ask.

"Yes. If we were laying down I would be holding you but anytime I want to touch you, you'd be gone" Ben said.

"I'm here now. I'm not going anywhere." I smiling.
