Ben x Reader: Don't taunt her

Working was always hard for me. My coworkers watch Matt's channel which meant they knew I was an experiment survivor from Syntec. They typically teased me about it but nothing more than just verbally. Today was different though.

A vial of red liquid was placed in front of me. I back up from in as I stare at it in horror. I could hear my coworkers laughing around me.

"Aww look at the scary cat scared of some red liquid" One of them says as they pick it up.

They hold it towards me causing me to back up more. They back he up into the storage closet where they turned on thr lights to show more containers of the red liquid. Some in large jars other in small vials. They even had some in syringes. I try to run past them only for them to shove me back onto the floor.

"Please don't do this!" I cry out tears spilling down my face.

They slam the door locking me in. I stare around me in horror. I scramble into a corner as I pull out my phone. I immediately called Ben. Him and I have been dating for a bit now so I knew he would come get me.

"Hi Love" I hear Ben say over the phone.

"B-benny..." I sob.

"Hey what's wrong?" Ben asks.

"So much serum-" I whimper as I stare around me at the containers. "I can't get out. They locked me in here."

"Im on my way" Ben says before hanging up.

After a bit I could here yelling. Ben's voice was easy to pick out due to his mask.

"You let her out this instant" Ben growls.

My coworkers started to laugh even harder. Before banging could be heard on the door. Before long the door falls off it's hinges and onto the floor. I cower further into the corner before Ben walks into the room. His eyes scan the room before landing on me.

"Oh baby... come here" Ben says holding his arms out to me. I get up and immediately run into his arms. He picks me up carrying me out of the room. "I got you"

"Hey man what's your problem?" one of my coworkers asks.

"Im gonna put you down for second okay?" Ben whispers to me causing me to nod. He sets me down on the floor gently before turning to my coworkers. He slams his fist into the one who spoke's face before grabbing his shirt. ""You locked MY girlfriend in a closet and taunted her about a place where you get tortured everyday. Do you really need to ask what my problem is?

"Relax man it was a joke" the other coworker says.

"A joke? A joke!" Ben growls. "That is not a joke that is abuse and if you ever taunt my girlfriend again I will treat you the same way my girlfriend was treated in Syntec. 24/7 of bright lights, needles every few hours and barely any food."

My coworkers laugh, "Yours threats dont scare us" they say.

"It's not a threat. Its a promise. I worked at Syntec, I am very good at torture so dont test me" Ben growls.

Ben turns back to me after letting go of the one coworker. He was about to pick me up when my coworkers opened their mouths again.

"She's a scarred freak anyway" one of them says.

Ben whips around grabbing the guy slamming him into the wall. He slams his fist into the guy multiple times until his nose was gushing blood. He turns to other who back up scared. Ben drops the guy he held before walking back over to me. He picks me up gently. As he starts to leave he turns to the manager.

"She quits and i suggest you fire the other two" Ben growls before leaving.

I shook the whole way back to Ben's RV. He carries me inside before laying me on the bed. He pulls a sweatshirt onto me before sitting next to me. He pulls me against his chest.

"Shh my love they cant hurt you no more" Ben whispers as he rubs my back.

"I dont have to go back?" I ask.

"Never." Ben says.

I finally relax allowing myself to fall asleep
