Wesley x Reader: Antidote

I look down at the paperwork in front of me. Trial files scattered across the desk as I was working on documents for Wesley. A knock at the door causing me to look up.

"Oh hello Nelson" I say seeing Nelson Syphus standing at my door. "What can I do for you?"

"I have a few things for you to sign" He says walking over to me after closing the door. He holds out a stack of files for me. I take them and slowly looks over them. "Y/N you know that you're one of my favorite scientists right?"

I laugh slightly "Yes favorite scientist right beside Benjamin." I say.

"Yes, so it pains me to have to do this" Nelson says before I feel a pinch in my neck.

My skin started to feel like it was on fire. "N-Nelson? What... what did you do?" I say through gritted teeth.

"Something that has to be done. Im sorry my dear" Nelson says as he leaves my office closing the door behind him.

I grip my desk as I try to stand up. My muscles scream in pain as I try to get to the door. The pain started to get to much as I collapse by my desk screaming in pain. Footsteps run to my office before my door is thrown open. I look up to see Wesley as my body spasms.

"Shit Y/N" Wesley says kneeling down to scoop me up into his arms. "Who did this?"

"N-Nelson" I stutter out. My vision blurred and focused as Wesley runs down the hall.

"Deborah!" Wesley yells pushing into the lab.

Heels runs over to us as I laid down on a metal table. "What happened?" Deb asks.

"Nelson" Wesley says.

My vision blurs even more as my body spasms even more.

"She's seizing!" Deb yells behind her to the other scientists. "Wesley steady her head."

I feel Wesley set his arms under my head as he looks down at me. "Hang in there sweetheart. You gotta fight through it." I hear him whisper.

I feel another pinch in my neck and my body slowly calms down. I start to feel drowsy until I'm completely out.

When I wake up, I'm not in familiar place. I look around to see that I was in a bedroom. It definitely wasn't my own. My head throbbed as I sit up to get a better look of the area. I quickly notice the lab coat hanging on a hook by the bedroom door. I slide out of the bed walking over to it. I look to see that it was Wesley's lap coat.

I smile slightly at the fact that I was in Wesley's bedroom. I grab the sweatshirt that was hanging next to lap coat. I slip it on knowing Wesley wouldn't mind. I slowly open the door and walk down the hallway. I eventually find the living room. Wesley looks over at me as I walk into the living room.

"You're awake" Wesley says standing up quickly.

"What happened?" I ask.

Wesley walks over to me grabbing my hands. "Nelson injected you with serum. It caused you to seize. Deb and I were able to stabilize you before we administered the antidote" Wesley explains.

"Why would Nelson do that?" I ask.

"My guess so you be by his side not mine" Wesley answers.

"Why would he be jealous of that? You both are my bosses" I say.

"Yes except he knows how you feel about me." Wesley says.

I back from him "Who told you?" I ask scared he was gonna reject me now.

"Ben" Wesley says. My breathing picks up quickly in fear "Y/N it's okay"

"No no you're gonna... you're gonna" i start to say panicking.

Wesley looks at me worriedly unt it clicks in his mind. He grabs my face and kisses me. My mind spins as he kisses me. Wesley, my boss, was kissing me right now. I lean into the kiss allowing Wesley to pull me close.

"Let's get you back to bed" Wesley says after pulling away from the kiss. 

"Will you lay with me?" I ask.

"Anything for you" Wesley says.
