Nelson x Reader: Be Safe Please

Nelson's POV

A knock on the door causes me to look up from the notes scattered on my desk. 

"Come in" I state. 

I watch as my secretary walks in. "Sir you have a guest," they say to me in a flirtatious tone

"Let them in," I say to them. 

"You know, I shouldn't need permission to walk into my own boyfriend's office" I hear my girlfriend growl at my secretary.

I chuckle as she glares at the secretary until they leave. "Were they giving you issues again?" I ask her. 

"When are they not giving me issues!" She says annoyed. "I don't know why I have a tag to roam freely here just to have them stop me every time I walk through the door. I thought you were getting a new secretary" 

"I'm working on it, my love. Despite the fact that they flirt with me all the time and give you problems, they are a good worker." I say pulling her into my lap. "Plus I love getting to see how protective you get over me." I press kisses to her neck causing her to relax in my arms. 

"Yeah yeah," She says smiling. "Anyway, I came here to let you know that I am headed to visit my parents since they are throwing a gender reveal baby shower for my cousin" 

"When are we headed out?" I ask her. 

"I am headed out right after I leave here. You are staying here because you have more important things to attend to here" She says to me. 

I pout lightly at her causing her to laugh as she pulls me into a deep kiss. "Just say safe please and call me as soon as you get to your parent's house," I say to her. 

"I will. I always do" She says to me. 

"Let me walk you to your car," I say to her. 

"Good cause I need to remind your fucking secretary that you are mine," She says. 

I walk Y/N to her car. I pull her close before I dip her slightly as I kiss her. She smiles as she holds onto me tightly. I pull her back upright as I continue to kiss her. When I pull away from her I look over towards the door to see my secretary was staring angrily out the window. 

"I'll talk to you soon," I say to her before letting her leave.

The next few days dragged on. It was the first time she and I were apart for a long time. I could definitely say I never wanted to be apart from her after this weekend. She was supposed to be home today but not until extremely late tonight. I was headed back to my office when my secretary stopped me. I roll my eyes as she talks about her day and the most flirtatious voice possible.

Small soft hands soon cover my eyes causing me to smile. "Guess who" I hear the person behind me say. 

I quickly spin around to pick up my girlfriend who was standing behind me. She giggles as she wraps her arms around me tightly. "I thought you weren't going to be home till tonight," I say to her. 

"I got out early enough to come to surprise you," She says to me. 

"Excuse me. You rudely interrupted Nelson and I's conversation" My secretary says. 

"Oops," Y/N says. "I may have done it on purpose because I don't care" 

"Oh how I've missed you," I say pulling Y/N into a deep kiss. "How was the baby shower?" 

"Good. My cousin is having a boy" She says excitedly. 

"If you are so excited about her having a baby then let's go make one of our own," I say causing her to blush heavily.

"You wanna have a baby? With me? We aren't married yet" She asks sweetly.

"Yet is the keyword. I don't mind kids before we get married because it'll be with you" I say. 

Y/N looks up at me with the biggest sweetest eyes ever. It was like I had taken a kid to a candy store for the first time. She grabs my hand and pulls me down the hall to my office. Once we were in my office, she closes the door locking it. She moves the things on my desk so she could jump up onto it.

"Let's go. Baby now" She says looking at me. 

I laugh slightly "With pleasure," I say to her before pulling her into a heated his. "By the way. You are no longer allowed to leave without me. It was agonizing to be with you not being around."

"You give me a baby and I'll never leave your side" She teases. 

I kiss her again as I lay her down on the desk.
