"I'm glad there's no any worst thing happened that day…"

"Actually, I have something to tell you,"

Nine and Liu Yu laid their eyes on me, all of their attention was drowning me and they look like they didn't want to miss a single word from what I will say.

"We… already talked about 'that' thing," the two didn't say anything so I continued,

"He apologized," I watched their reaction from being serious to frown.

"And what did you say? Did you forgive him?" Liu Yu asked.

"Hmm, yes… but please listen," before I could speak out my reasons, Nine spatted out.

"What? After those days you're like grieving, you just let it pass like that?" he said making Liu Yu react, opposing what Nine said.

"Nine, listen to him first. We know Patrick never make impulsive decisions," he said calmer than Nine.

"As I was saying, the reason is simple…" I then stated everything that made me forgive Daniel, he deserves it though and it's also a step from moving on, forgiving each other, but that doesn't mean I'll forget about that thing.

"But what about you? I bet he's now perfectly fine because he's forgiven," Nine still haven't recovered from what I revealed.

"I'm fine, I don't even feel any pain anymore, besides, I felt better after we reconcile, and that's what really matters," I said and he just sighed.

"Chill, Nine." Liu Yu pat his shoulder.

"Just make sure you'll never let anyone hurt you again huh, control your feelings," I nodded at Nine and just like that, we diverted our topic.

"By the way, I haven't seen this annoying guy around," it's Liu Yu and as he say it, I also realized that he's not bugging me, it's been almost two days, he's not even spamming me on Twitter. Our last chat was when Daniel first appeared in front of me at the waiting shed.

"Hmm, he's not even bugging me,"

"You miss him?" Nine nudged at me, but I didn't take it seriously,

"It's just unusual to have this quiet life lately," I defended.

The place was suddenly in silence, I look at my friends who are watching me and I gave them a 'what' look.

"Why are you serious, we're just teasing you?" I shrugged at Liu Yu before answering.

"It's weird… the last time we talked he said something about some wonder like if he's gone, I'll miss him something…"

"What if—" Liu Yu covered Nine's mouth immediately.

"Don't spit it out or it will get jinxed,"

Afternoon, I'm inside the library, obviously to study but I can't put my full focus as I keep on checking on my phone for notifications. I tried to swallow my pride and chat with him once but ended up almost spamming him.

I shook my head as I give up. I tried to read my textbook and my brain was now functioning well. But then, I'm still at the current page when my phone vibrated as a notification popped on my lock screen.
