Keenan's First Task Pt.1

Chapter 5

No One POV

A few days had passed since Keenan had arrived in the Pokémon world and has gotten his trainers license and other supplies that a beginning trainer needs as he's quite glad that he doesn't need to carry all of the things that he gotten from the poke mart around since it would be a real pain in the ass to deal with. He decided to take on Professor Cerise's offer of being a lab assistant as he will be helping around the lab whenever he needs him to do something which wasn't that much if he's being honest as the lab is kept quite clean and relatively organized if Chrysa hasn't done anything to the documents and such that is.

Another thing is that both Ash and Goh to him is just like the anime always hyper and sometimes annoying which he'll admit but the good thing is that they always go onto adventures and what not as today is no different but they went to the Hoenn region for something which he would have to guess the Flute Cup.

Keenan:hmm I wonder what I should do now that I'm settled in here I could go out and train Rowlet and capture new Pokémon but I just don't know where to begin.he said to himself as he's in his room

Rayquaza:*in his ball*im still surprised that Lord Arceus has given you that pendant I wonder why he did it.he said back to him as Keenan looked at the pendant around his neck

Keenan:well Arceus had told me that this pendant will attract Pokémon to me for it'll make it easier for I can catch although he did warned me about other Legendary and Mythical Pokémon as well since they can sense his power, the same can be said about your ball.he replied to his Legendary

Rayquaza:*in his ball*if you do run into any Legendary Pokémon your going to have to use me since I don't believe your Rowlet will be able to handle against their power he'll get demolished.he said to him which he nodded

Keenan:*nods*yeah your right and plus I don't want him to get injured and possibly die from it.he said

But his thoughts were cut off when someone had came knocking onto his door of his room as he was confused as to who it was but he didn't think much of it as he immediately grabbed Rayquaza's ball and clipped It onto his belt and hid his Arceus pendant into his shirt.

Keenan:um you can come in.he said to the person as to his surprise Chloe opened the door

Keenan:*raises an eyebrow*ugh what's your name again.he asked her pretending that he doesn't know her name

Chloe:the names Chloe remember but anyways my dad wants to see you he's in the lab.she said back to him

Keenan:oh sorry about that I'm still getting used to your guys names but aren't you supposed to be in school tho.he asked her

Chloe:*shakes her head*no not today the teachers give us days off on Friday's and besides we have an extra long weekend since they have a teachers meeting on Monday.she said to him

Keenan:*thinks to himself*well dam I wished my school back at my old world gave us Friday's off.he thought to himself

Keenan:I see but in any case I'll go see what your dad wants then I'll see you later.he said as he stood up from his bed

He gathered some of his stuff such as Rowlets ball and his Rotom phone and made his way out of his room as he's noticeably taller then Chloe as she was quite surprised to see that he's quite tall for his age since he is the same age as her and Ash and Goh, as he's not the only one getting used to everything as even Chloe is getting used to his presence.

Chloe:well at least he isn't loud like Ash and Goh that's for sure he's a lot more mature as well, I sorta wished they both were like that.she said to herself as she walked off toward her room
