Chapter 102

No One POV

Both James and Ash are standing in front of each other as they both have their Pokémon out as Ash has his Infernape out while James has his old friend Emperion or in other words his Arcanine as Ash is shocked to see his large Arcanine.

Ash:*shocked*what that's Growly, but he's so huge now what happened.he said to him in shock

James:the thing is Ash is that I quit Team Rocket and the same can be said for Jessie and Meowth, the 3 of us decided to go our separate ways.he said back to him

Ash:it doesn't matter, Infernape use Mach Punch now.he commanded

James:usually I would be scared battling up against a Pokémon like Infernape but sadly for you I've already had a powerful opponent, Emperion use Wild Charge.he ordered

Arcanine's body had gotten covered in electricity and charged right at Infernape who's fist was glowing as he slammed right into him sending Infernape flying back to Ash's side of the field.

Ash:alright in that case let's use this attack, use Dig Infernape.he ordered

James:Extreme Speed.he commanded

Before Infernape could dig underground Arcanine had swiftly appeared in front of him and head butted him with the small green outline on him, as Infernape was once again hit.

Ash:*thinks to himself*James is definitely battling differently now his battling style is sorta like....Keenan's.he thought to himself

James:let's not stop now, Emperion use Flamethrower.he commanded

Ash:use your Flamethrower too.he also commanded

As both Pokémon had unleashed the steam of fire at one another as both attacks had clashed which created an explosion of fire which made the ground shake from the explosion as Professor Cerise had jumped in shock from the sudden explosion and so did Chloe.

Change Scene Inside the Lab

After they felt the ground shake a bit and heard the explosion as Professor Cerise was shocked to see what the hell happened and Chloe was indifferent since she knew that James was coming over since he texted her.

She along with Keenan also forgot to tell Ash and Goh that James is actually related to them.

Cerise:hey Chloe did Keenan and the others came back already.he asked her

Chloe:*shakes her head*no it's actually James, he texted me earlier that he's coming over but it seems that he bumped into Ash.she said to him

Cerise:*sweat drops*oh yeah I forgot you guys didn't tell Ash and Goh that James is Keenan's cousin.he said to her

Chloe:yeh and Ash thinks he's here to steal their Pokémon but he's surely mistaken, and besides knowing James he's most likely gotten a lot stronger as well I'm not too worried about him.she commented

She gone back to looking through her phone wondering what she should get for the twins for Christmas since it's coming up, but while she was doing so she gotten a text from Leaf. She checked to see what the message was about as her eyes had slightly widened but groaned.

Chloe:*groans*dammit Keenan.....you just never heard of protection now have you.she commented

Change Scene James and Ash

Back on the makeshift battlefield as Infernape is glaring down at James Emperion as Ash is definitely impressed and shocked of how strong James has gotten over the past few months that they last seen him, him along with Goh had started to wonder what happened to them but now he knows.
