Tatsumi POV
In about a day I'm about to challenge Lance for the Champion title of the Johto region, and right now I'm thinking about the team that I'll be using against him and I need to think this through and really plan it out.
This battle will decide my fate and the work I've put in these past months with both Keenan and Kalakaua. And also my own endeavors as well, everyone will be watching me fail or succeed and it's quite nerve wracking.
Keenan:you still thinking about who and what your going to use.I heard him ask
Me:*sighs*yes and it's stressful to think about, and I only have one day as well.I replied to him
Kalakaua:you had the past 2 days to think about it as well, I mean ever after the battle between Keenan's OP ass brother and Leon.he said back to me
Me:yes I do know that but I was...preoccupied with something else.I said back to him
Which is true since I've been helping Iori with her pregnancy as I still have no idea why the hell she won't use the Time orb already like it's been like 2 weeks or so...or a month? I don't really know and I honestly don't care.
She'll most likely ask me to use the orb before or after I battle Lance as now that I think about it, that'll be a pretty good motivation.
It's been confirmed by Keenan's Mew that it's a boy and me and her have already came up with a name for him. We decided to name him Taiju as it seems that Jared,Kalei and Koa will have some more playmates.
Keenan:well you have fun thinking about it, I'm going to extend the island Haleakala brought for us.he told us
Kalakaua:still don't know why we still have the dome if we live on some huge ass island now, it's pretty much like one oversized garden at this point.he commented
Me:*shrugs*I mean it could be used as a nursery for baby Pokémon and when they get older they can come out onto the main island.I told him
He seemed to agree with me on that one as I sort of envy him since he's able to come up with quick decisions, Kala already has his team set up for Steven whenever he battles him and as for Keenan...well I honestly don't really know myself.
About a little over a week or so Haleakala had came back from other world with parallel's to us...which sounds weird and cool at the same time.
The island was relatively small until Keenan used the Earth orb to make it...a lot larger than what it already was, like pretty much 8 times as large. But I'm getting off topic here concentrate on your team making.
Kalakaua:why not use those 2 over there.he pointed at the 2 Pokémon
Me:oh them..hmm well they have gotten a lot stronger now thanks to the new training routine, but I don't know really know this will be their first battle.I said back to him
Kalakaua:the now the hell do you expect them to get real battling experience if your too scared to use them, I don't think sparring pretty much everyday counts.he said back to me
Me:*sighs*I hate it when your right man you really are related to Keenan aren't you.I groaned at that
The 2 Pokémon he's talking about is well, I've basically been training them for the past 2 months or so. As one of them is from my mom and dads house as they have given me the said Pokémon to have since she gets bored and as for the other one.
It was a gift from Tobias, since Kala has a Pokémon from him which is his shiny Dracovish he also gave me one as well. And I really do think that they're ready so might as well give it a shot, since they've been itching to have an actual battle.
