Despite her plan to hunt down Jervis Tetch and make him pay for what he did to her and Victor, Annabelle couldn't help but feel incredibly pissed off when she learned that, one day after he put a trance on Victor and released her from the impulse he put on her, the GCPD had captured Jervis and the two Tweed brothers and sent them off to Arkham, the one place she vowed to never go back ato after Victor had broken her out of there.

Instead of choosing to go against the vow she made for herself, she chose to go on a killing spree and killed anyone she saw.

She didn't care about just how many people she killed.

The only thing she cared about was releasing the anger she was feeling towards Jervis on anyone she saw without so much as a care to focus on the fact that she no longer felt an ounce of anger towards James Gordon.

If anything, she was only focusing on it subconsciously, while she consciously focused on how much she wished to tear into Jervis's neck and tear him apart before she would scatter his remains throughout all of Gotham.

Because of how much anger she held towards Jervis and the way he manipulated her mind, it was a given that she wasn't aware that someone was standing behind her until she felt the person grab her shoulder and almost immediately, she dropped the almost dead body she was holding and quickly turned around before she slammed the person's back against a brick wall.

Because of just how angry she was with Jervis, she couldn't properly see who had come up from behind her and said to them, "You know, you have a lot of nerve coming up behind me and entering one of my always, when it's well known in all of Gotham just what I do to those that enter them." When the person didn't respond, she said, "Perhaps I should make an example of you and leave your head and other pieces of your body lying outside the entrance of each and every one of those alleyways, so it could keep insolent fools such as yourself out of them."

Just as she was about to do just that and attack the person's neck, she suddenly stopped when she heard a vaguely familiar voice say to her, "Annabelle, don't. It's me, Mario. I'm Falcone's son. He sent me here to talk to you."

Her anger slightly lessened as she tilted her head and narrowed her eyes at him before she asked him, "You're Don Falcone's son?" When he nodded his head, she released him and said to him, "Sorry about that. I didn't expect to hear from you, seeing as how the first time I technically met you was about a week ago when Vale got shot by Tetch."

After watching him straighten out his suit, she held a hand out to him and said, "I know this is a fairly bad second meeting of ours, but I suppose trying to make up for this odd circumstance is better than nothing."

Mario grabbed her hand and slightly winced when he felt just how tightly she gripped his hand before he pulled his hand away from her own.

After she eyed him, she asked him, "So, you said that Don Falcone sent you to come and speak with me about something?"
