Chapter forty-nine.

"He's gaining. Let's go." Pope says.

"I am going, Pope. I know. I know, you guys gotta keep up." JJ says. We get out of the alleyway and almost get run over by a bike with Sarah and John B on it. Everyone stands there trying to get some words out but there are none for a moment like this.

"Get in! Get in! Get in!" John B says.

"Oh, I missed your voice." I say.

"Get in!" Sarah says.

"Come on." John B says. Kie sits down next to Sarah and I sit on Sarah's lap. The other two boys start pushing the bike as John B pedals.

"Push! Push! Push!" JJ says.

"Pedal faster, John B." Sarah says.

"Oh, my God!" Kie screams.

"Go, John B, go." JJ says.

"Oh shit." John B says.

"Come on, Pope, push. Come on." JJ says.

"Pedal faster, John B. He's gaining." Sarah says.

"I'm pedaling." John B shouts.

"He's gaining. He's gaining, man." JJ says.

"Come on man." Pope says. He loses grip of the bike and rolls.

"Come on, Pope. Let's go." JJ says. We all start yelling. JJ gets on the bike and they help Pope up when he gets closer.

"See you later, alligator." John B says.

"See you later, asshole. Oh, my God." Pope shouts.

"Blowing you a little big kiss." JJ says.

We get to the beach and we get the boats ready for take off.

"Lift up." Sarah says as we push the boat back into the ocean. We all start telling stories and laughing. We just got our family back and we are not losing them, again.

~~~The Marsh, John B's POV~~~

"Anybody else starving?" JJ asked. "We need to grab some sort of breakfast. I can hear and feel, B's stomach growling as she sleeps."

"Poor baby." Kie says.

"Yeah, so sad." Sarah says. She cups some water in her hand and throws it on Tobi. Tobi gasps and wakes up. "Were you dreaming about flowers and sunsets?"

"Yes, actually, you fucking bitch." Tobi says.

"You know I love you." Sarah says.

"Yeah, whatever." Tobi says. We get to a dock and Pope helps the girls off.

"We're gonna find some food." Sarah says.

~Tobi's POV~

We look around for food.

"Jackpot." Kie says holding up a watermelon.

"Yes." I say.

"Mmm." Kie hums as we eat the watermelon.

"Holy shit." Sarah says.

"Okay, so you really got married?" Kie asks.

"It wasn't exactly legal, but.. yeah." Sarah answered. "Am I crazy, or is there definitely something going on between you and Pope?"

"Maybe." Kie says.

"That's not a no." Sarah says.

"It's not a no." Kie says.

"Girl." Sarah says and we all giggle. "And you. Any love interest?"
