Woonhak's POV "Nah, Hyung, you used to be so shy" I said to Leehan Hyung. The six of us are currently sitting at a café at an outside table since the weather's really nice today, and we're just talking about our trainee days.
"Yeah but you always looked so innocent and cute even if you barely ever said a word" Jaehyun hyung added on. "Woonhak was the complete opposite. He had so much energy and you could so easily become friends with him." Taesan hyung said. "Yeah, he was also very cute though. I was surprised someone his age could dance so well" Sungho Hyung said, making all of us crack up.
"Oh my Gosh, guys" Jaehyun hyung grabbed the attention of all the members who immediately seemed intrigued because of Jaehyun hyung's low tone, including me. "look at that girl over there. She looks really lost. Do you think we should go help her?" "She's pretty" Leehan hyung said, making all of us crack up again in laughter from his random yet quite true comment. "He ain't wrong though, she is very pretty. Her hair looks so silky, and she's just.. well- beautiful" Taesan hyung said after calming down from the laughter. And then there was me, caught up in staring at her. The members only seemed to notice this after it went quiet for a few seconds and then all of their eyes landed on me.
"Woonhak's got hearts shooting out of his eyes" Riwoo hyung said. "Dude don't look at her like that, she'll think you're an absolute weirdo" Sungho hyung said as he slapped my shoulder. "Sorry, just uh-" "Staring at her?" Riwoo hyung teased. "She's just so so pretty" I said as if I was under some spell. "Well since she's lost, why don't you go help her?" Jaehyun hyung asked me. "No, I'm-" "Come on Woonhak-ah, do it before she leaves and someone else helps her and not you" Leehan said, patting my back. "Guys-" "You'll regret it!" Taesan hyung exclaimed.
I couldn't really be stopped at this point, all of them were pushing me out of my seat which left me with no choice. "You all owe me ₩5000." was all I said before leaving to go talk to that girl.
My heart was pounding honestly, but I just shook it off because I needed to take my chance. "Excuse me, do you need some help? My friends and I couldn't help but see you looking a bit lost so I just came over to check if everything's okay?" "Oh you're so kind, thank you. I'm actually trying to figure out where this museum is. Google maps has been acting up for me recently for some reason so I don't even know where to go." she said to me.
Oh my God there's no was I'm doing this. Keep it up Woonhak, you got this, just don't mess up.
"Ah, yeah, that's if you take a left there, go straight and then turn right on the second road you come across, then you'll see it straight ahead." I explained to her, hoping she understood. "Ah, okay, thank you very much." "It might also help to give me your number incase you get lost."
Slick, Woonhak, slick.
"Ah yeah, that's true." she said, getting her phone out, giggling 'cause she clearly knows what I'm onto. I side-eyed my members and saw them flipping out over me getting her number and I just smirked.
After we exchanged numbers it was time for her to go already, sadly. "Alright, I need to go, my booking's for eleven o'clock and that's in like ten minutes so I gotta go, sorry, but thanks a lot for helping me out." and she flashes me a smile that melted my heart. "Alright. By the way, I never got your name.." "Oh of course, sorry, It's y/n." she said as we shook hands. "I'm Woonhak. You have a really pretty name." I said to her. "Thanks, I love your name aswell, it's cute."
Did she just call me cute? Oh dear lord, save me.
"Anyways, it was nice talking but I really gotta go now. Wish we could talk more though. But I'll definitely text you to let you know when I've made it there." "Okay, hope you enjoy. Bye bye!" I said and waved at her as she left.
I then went back to my members at the café and they were all smirking at me cheekily.
"Our baby Woonhak got a girl's number" Jaehyun hyung teased. "Aigooooo" Taesan hyung said while rubbing my head after I'd sat down. "He's all grown up nowww" Riwoo teased.
"Guys stop!" I said to them, and they actually listened, surprisingly. "not like any of you have it."
After that, we took our time leaving the café and then we went for a walk around town, and then went back to our dorms to chill. And yes, y/n did text when she arrived at the museum. I giggled at the way she named herself in my contacts. It's cute.
later that night~
I was just laying in bed, scrolling through Instagram when I received a text from y/n. I immediately rolled over in bed and held my phone to my heart with a smile from ear to ear on my face. I then opened up the message and read it.
y/n😚 hey! I just got back from town and the museum was great! Imade it home safely too 💪💪
