You awoke to the noice of Lili leaving the poorly built tent, you were forced to sleep in. When you got up, you realized it wasn't only Lili who left, Yona was gone too. You left the tent, walking as quietly as you could and holding your breath in as you passed the sleeping guard.

When you left the tent, you were greeted with a cool breeze. And you were reminded of nights where you and Hak would take midnight strolls or sit upon rocks and stare at the sky. Even tonight, the sky was illuminated with stars. And they twinkled so brightly in the sky. You were taken out of your daze when you heard the clash of a sword.

You felt yourself panic, and grabbed the nearest object that could serve as a weapon; a large rock. You quietly made your way towards the noise you heard earlier, and saw Lili stab a soldier who had his sword pointed at Yona. Whilst Lili did succeed, the man was still able to function and he prepared to lunge at your two friends. You could see his back clearly, and if you were quiet enough you could strike down the guard without causing much of a commotion.

So, when the time was right, you lunged at the man and aimed for the back of his head. Hitting it as hard as you physically could. "(Name)!" The two girls signed in relief as the man yelled in pain as soon as he felt the impact, and clutched the back of his head as he fell to his knees. Yona acted fast as she grabbed you and Lili and began to run. Yona's hands intertwined with you own as she gave you a squeeze.

"Let's escape!" She said, as you nod and followed her lead. "There are barely any guards out, now would probably be the best time." Yona added as Lili looked at her with confusion. "Escape..?" She asked, scared of the consequences that would follow if you all were caught.

"If we stay here, we'll surely be killed. These guards are brutal." You say as you look at her, she attempts to read your eyes and gain her own courage from you as she meekly nods.

The three of you ran into the woods, despite the dark and eerie look that overcame them. You ran for seconds, which soon turned into minutes. And eventually reached a halt when you tripped over a root. "Ouch!" You grumble as you tumble over. Yona laughed at your expression as she helped you up and dusted dirt off your clothes. Meanwhile Lili took this as an opportunity to catch her breath, she did not want to be the reason you guys slowed down or stopped.

However, her gasping for air did not go unnoticed by either you or Yona. "We should take a break." Yona said, as you nodded in response and slumped down onto a nearby tree. Lili watched for a moment, before she too took a seat beside you, followed by Yona. "Today... I.. stabbed someone." Lili brought up, reminiscing her fight with the soldier.

"What will I tell father? That I attempted to kill a man?" She asked, as she stared at her shaking hands. Yona grabbed onto her hands, to stop the shaking. You pulled her into a hug, and she calmed down to the beating of your heart. "That wasn't attempted murder, it was self defense." You told her, while rubbing circles into her back.

"You saved me. If you hadn't stabbed him, I would be dead." Yona spoke, patting the girl in comfort. She eventually fell asleep to the sound of your heartbeat. Yona looked at you, she offered you a smile, one filled with regret.

"This country has become a country where an innocent girl like Lili has to pick up a sword for her own protection." She spoke, brushing away stray strands of Lili's hair. Yona wondered whether it was because of her own father's reign that this country ended up this way.

"It no longer will be. We will bring change." You told her, softly placing your own hand above yours. Uknownst to the the two of you, your worried companions had split into and successfully infiltrated both camps and were currently on the hunt for their beloved princess and lady.

"I'll tell you immediately if I get a signal from Jae-ha and Zeno.." Shin-ah told Hak, as he looked out for a signal from the other camp. Jae-ha, Zeno and Ayura had headed to one of the camps while Hak, Shin-ah, Ki-ja and Yoon had headed to the other. Hak placed a hand of comfort on Shin-ah, a way of thanking him in his own way. Before he separated from his companions.

"This is bad... even Shin-ah's worried about me." He mumbled as he sighed in defeat. He could tell all his companions were worried about him. He was losing his mind. He did his best to remain calm and think through every possible scenario but he just couldn't seem to think straight. He knew you would be more thank okay, but he wasn't used to abruptly being taken apart from you. "You're driving me insane."

He rested his back against the wall, however when he touched the wall he felt movement from the other side. "Is someone there?" A familiar voice called out from the other side of the wall. It was a voice Hak could clearly remember. A voice he could never forget.

"Tommorow morning.. we're planning to destroy this fort." The voice spoke, as Hak's finger dug into that wall. He felt enraged at the fact that the person who ruined your lives was just beyond this wall. The very person who betrayed him was right there. "I want you to to bring everyone to safety before we begin our attack." The voice continued. "Can you do that for me?"

"Wait for my signal." Hak responded, after a deep breath. Right now... Soo-won was the least of his worries. He had to find you. Before Soo-won would. Hak walked away from the wall, his fingers dripped of blood. From the other side, Soo-won stared up at the sky. "I will.. Hak."
