Samara in mm

The next day

Dee strolled in to the golden cafe. She saw Sanaa sitting down scratching her arm. "Stop scratching." Dee sat down, Sanaa did as told. "Hi Dejarnè, thank you for coming. Sammy, say hello to Aunty Dee Dee." Sanaa gestured to Dee. Samara got up and hugged Dee. "Hello aunty Dee Dee!" Samara yelled, Dee laughed, Samara was so cute. "Sanaa, first thing's first, you need to get a job." Dee pulled out some application forms. "This one's for a job as a receptionist at a primary school. This one's for a job at McDonald's and this one is as a hairdresser. They all pay pretty good, I put your new address on it but you need to fill them out and I'll post them. Let's go, I'm going to take you to the flat." Dee stood up, Samaya grabbed her hand.

"Why are you helping us? Don't get me wrong, I'm extremely grateful." Sanaa asked Dee. Dee sighed. "Because, my mother couldn't provide for me and my brother so she turned to drugs and alcohol, it ruined her. I ended up hating my mother, up until I watched her die. That's when she told me she loved me. Samaya deserves more than a woman who's so high, she doesn't know her left from her right." Dee swallowed the lump building in her throat, again, Dee fought back tears.

"I'm so sorry Dee." Sanaa said, Dee could tell she meant it. "It's alright. Plus, you need a bath and a comb." Dee giggled. "So what's going to happen to Samaya while I'm at work?" Sanaa questioned. "She can go to nursery, if you need me to, I'll pick her up afterwards." Dee pulled up outside her old flat.

"Dee,thank you, thank you so much." Sanaa had fat tears rolling down her cheeks. "It's alright, just don't make me regret this. This is your room." Dee led Sanaa to a room with rich purple walls and a white wall sticker that read "Dreams do come true." The room had a king size bed with silk ,white sheets, a flat screen tv and a huge walk in closet. "I bought you both clothes." Dee told Sanaa. "This is Samara's room." Dee led them in to a room with baby pink walls, a small princess canopy bed, a vanity mirror and a walk in wardrobe.

Samara squealed and tried to jump on the bed, Sanaa lightly pulled her back. "Samara, your clothes are filthy, I'm going to give you a wash and change your clothes." Sanaa turned to Dee. "I can't thank you enough for your help, here are the forms, I've filed them out." Sanaa handed Dee the forms, Dee went in her purse and pulled out four hundred pounds. "Here, this should do until you start your job."

"I can't-" Sanaa was cut off. "Take it." Dee firmly said, Sanaa did as told. "Here's my number, call me if you need me." Dee walked out of the flat. Dee laid her head on the wheel. Her life was more stressful than most nineteen year olds. "I hope I did the right thing." Dee rolled her eyes.
