After two days of being in a coma, the doctors tried to wake me up, but it didn't work. They tried again two days later and it didn't work. They are trying a third time and I am going to wake up. My babies are 6 days old. I need to see not just them, but Nathan, Lily and Rachel as well.

"What's the time Rachel?" Asks Nathan.

"2 pm, why?" Asks Rachel.

"The doctor said he's going to try and wake her at two. They aren't here yet!" Says Nathan.

"Nathan. Calm down. They will be here." Says Rachel.

Time passes and then someone enters the room. I sense them coming closer to me. They tug at something and then I feel a liquid going into my bloodstream.

"Ok. If the saying 'Third time's a charm' then should wake up within the next 15 minutes." The doctor says.

I hear the door close again and then someone grabs my hand.

"Come on Harper. Just open your eyes. Even if you do it slowly, just open your eyes. I know you can do it. I believe in you." Says Nathan.

"I'm just going yo go to the café. Do you want anything?" Asks Rachel.

"I'm good thanks." Says Nathan.

I hear the door open then close. Then I hear a scream. That's it. I've had enough. I'm not laying on this bed any longer, not being able to talk to anyone. And thats when I see a light from the ceiling. I move my eyes left to right and then I see the person who I've want to kiss back for the past week.

"Harper. Your awake!" I'm just gonna get a doctor." Says Nathan.

My eyes adjust to the light. Then the doctor comes in.

"Well. Hello sleepy head." Says the doctor.

He take me off breathing support and makes the bed go up so I'm sitting up. He gives me an oxygen mask, but I pull it off for the moment so I can speak to Nathan.

"I missed you." I say.

"I missed you to. I think you also missed this." Says Nathan.

He carefully grabs my cheeks and kisses me. I can finally kiss back. When we break apart, my thoughts are drawn back to the scream.

"Who screamed?" I ask.

"I don't know. I'll go check." Says Nathan.

He leaves the room and then he returns.

"Um. Harper. I don't know how to tell you this. Your aunt Rachel. She um, she just, she just saw her husband, Tom." Says Nathan.

"What is he doing here?" I ask.

"He got pushed off a bike." Says Nathan.

"Where's Rachel now?" I ask.

"With him. I'm going to tell her your awake." Says Nathan.

Nathan goes to leave but just as his hand hits the door handle, I speak up.

"Nathan. My uncle Tom disappeared when I was about five years old. Rachel hasn't seen him in about 23 years. Let them have this time." I say.

Nathan sits back down and takes hold of my hand.

"Can I see Sophie and Charlie?" I ask.

"Yeah. The doctors thought it would be a good idea to keep them in as you lost blood and it could have affected them." Says Nathan.

"Where are they?" I ask.

"On the New born ward. I'll go and get a doctor to bring them in." Says Nathan.

Nathan leaves and I sit in silence. 10 minutes later, Natha comes back with what looks like to be Charlie and the doctor is holding what looks like to be Sophie.

"Sophie?" I say.

I start crying as I take my second daughter into my arms. I cradle her, hug her, kiss her and then I hold Charlie. He is Nathan's double.

"Doctor, could I go and see my uncle Tom and my aunt Rachel?" I ask.

"Of course. Let me just get a wheelchair for you and we'll take you there." Says the doctor.

The doctor leaves and comes back with a wheelchair. Nathan and the doctor help me out of bed and into the chair.

The babies are taken back to their ward and Nathan pushes me whilst the doctor directs us. As soon as we enter the room and I look at my uncle Tom, I realise I've seen him before. Not that recentl, but withing the last 2 years.

"Oh my God." I say.

Rachel looks at me and I can't stop staring at Tom.

"What, what's wrong?" Asks Rachel.

"Uncle Tom. You look. I had this dream where my dad came to visit me. He looked exactly like you except his name was Lucas." I say.

"I'm your uncle, not your dad." Says Tom.

"Harper. There's something you should know." Says Rachel.

"What." I say.

"Your mum isn't dead. Your aunt is." Says Rachel.

What the hell is she on about?

"When I was 15, I met this guy, Tom. He was 17. We met at a party. We got together and one time at his house, things went further than we expected. My sister was 20 so she decided to take you on as her own since she wasn't going to Uni. Harper. Nan and grandad still don't know to this day that your my daughter. How did I keep it from her? Well, thank the Lord I was small. I wore baggy shirts and tops all the time. My sister made out that me and her went somewhere in the Forrest and 'she gave birth'. She didn't. I did. I wish I told you. I wish I told you before the funeral. Before your wedding. Before your kids were born. Harper. I'm sorry. You have to forgive me. I was a vunrable 15 year old." Says Rachel.

I'm silently crying and staring at he two of them.

"You let me believe that my mum was dead? You let me believe that letter that grandad gave me on my wedding day was real? You let me believe that you were just my aunt when in fact your my mum? I will never forgive you and of I do, you will never be my mum. You'll always be known as aunt Rachel. As for you. Why did you never tell me?" I say.

"I-" says Tom.

"You both as bad as each other." I say.

"Normally, the husband is the calm one. Telling the wife to calm down and taking her away from the situation. I'm going to take her away from here. I am just as angry as she is. You had no right to keep this from her for nearly 30 years. You make me sick." Says Nathan.

Nathan pushes me out and we go back to my room.

"Why would she keep such an awful secret like that from me?" I ask.

"I don't know, but it's not on." Says Nathan.
