Marathon Pasta

What you need:

-Garlic and onion- diced

-Fresh basil- shredded

-Olive oil

-Large amount of cherry tomatos- halved

-Tofu- cubed

-small chili- chopped finely

Method:

Boil water and cook pasta.

Chop garlic and onion and chili, cook in olive oil on low heat.

Halve cherry tomatos, add to garlic and onions, add tofu and cook till brown

Add basil and cook till wilted

Strain pasta and mix all other ingredients together with it.
