With trembling hands, he placed the batteries in his radio.

It clicked to life with a random old song.

The man, as old as that radio, started to dance right there on the road.

Onlookers laughed at him, termed him mad; but only he knew the emotions associated with that plastic box.

With that radio, all those years that he had spent listening to it with his mom came back to life as well.
