"Your boyfriend just broke up with you, how come you don't look sad at all?"
He looked genuinely concerned for her by this point.
"When that mighty twinkling star can break and fall, what's the value of this little heart?" she said beaming a smile.
He couldn't help but smile at her smile. After all, her smile was contagious. He just couldn't get over it. Every time he saw it, his heart had to take a dive in the pool of her love.
"I know I just broke up with you Miss Smiley, but will you be my girlfriend again?"
And just like a million times before, her smile sealed their relationship.
