It's a surprise!

Katies POV:
"Travis, where are you taking me?" I asked him, attempting to peek through my blindfold. "You have to wait till we get there! Now stop trying to peek through your blindfold!" He said as I sat back in my seat and fake pouted. I could hear car horns and people so I knew we were in NYC but I didn't know where. A couple minutes later, I felt Travis park the car and heard him get out. He came to my side of the car and helped me out. "Travis, I don't think I can walk blindfolded without tripping. You should let me take it off." I said, giving him a sly smile. "Nice try but you're not taking it off." He said with a little amusement in his voice. I felt his arms wrap around me as he picked me up bridal style and took me inside a building. He set me down and I heard a ding, which I think was from an elevator. He led me inside, making sure I didn't trip. I heard him press another button and the elevator started to go up. I heard one more ding when it stopped and heard the door open. Travis took my hand and started leading me somewhere. We stopped and I heard a jingle of keys then heard Travis unlock a door. I heard it swing open as he lead me inside. "Ok, Katie-Kat! You can take off your blindfold!" Travis exclaimed and I took off my blindfold. I looked around in absolute wonder and astonishment. "Welcome to our new apartment!" Travis said, giving me a small tour. "Travis, it's beautiful! I love it!" I exclaimed, hugging him tightly.

"And you filled it with plants!" I blurted out, kissing him. "I wanted it to feel like home to you but that's not all. Go look on the door." He said as I walked towards the door. I opened it wider because it was still open and the sign that was hanging there made my heart melt. Imagine it says "The Stolls"

"The Stolls?" I questioned Travis. I looked back at him and found him right in front of me kneeling, holding a black velvet box with a beautiful engagement ring inside. I gasped and just started at it. "Katie, I have been in love with you since day one. I knew you were the one since the moment I laid eyes on you. You turned my world upside and you're the light of my life. There is no one I would rather spend the rest of my life with so will you, Katie Marie Gardner, make me the luckiest man in the world, and marry me?" He asked in a nervous tone. At this point, tears had formed in my eyes and I could barely breathe. "Yes!" I whispered, wiping my tears as Travis' face lit up. He jumped up and took the ring from the box. He slid it on my finger and kissed me. "I love you!" He said when we broke apart. "I love you too!" I responded as he closed door. He grabbed me and hoisted me over his shoulder as I giggled. He walked over to the couch and threw me down on it. "You, my Katie-Kat, are gonna sit here and relax while I make dinner." Travis said as I laughed. "What are you going to make? I'm suprised you can cook!" I said as he laughed. "Oh, I couldn't cook if my life depended on it. I'm going to order a pizza and we are going to pretend that I made it." Travis said, pulling out his phone as we laughed. As he ordered our pizza and breadsticks, I laid back and admired our apartment. It was truly beautiful and I could tell he put a lot of work into it. When Travis finished placing our order, he sat on the couch next to me and put my legs on his lap. We decided to watch Suicide Squad till our pizza and breadsticks got here. They finally arrived but we ate fast because we were starving! When we finished, we continued our movie and relaxed the rest of the night till I fell asleep in Travis' arms. ♡
