It's been a few days since Rebekah's departure, and Davina's still dreading the fact that she has to live in the compound with Klaus. Just the last night, she heard the sounds of moans, none of which sounded too pleasant from her ears. She assumed that it was the redhead who was currently leaving his art room with only lingerie on.

Elijah then exits the room and looks over at Davina. "There's going to be a meeting at St. Ann's church that will explain New Orleans' new terms. I suggest you be there, Davina."

Davina rolls her eyes and stands up. "Wouldn't miss it for the world," she deadpans.

Elijah simply smirks and nods. "That's the spirit."

Davina's sitting in the church, which was currently crowded with the various supernatural and human factions. Father Kieran goes up to the front to begin his announcement.

"St. Anne's has long been neutral ground in our city. So, it's only fitting that we gather in this chamber at the behest of Elijah Mikaelson to bring harmony to this place we call home. Thank you all for coming," Kieran says.

"Yes, thank you for coming. And welcome," Elijah states as he takes over. He holds up a signed document. "These are the rules of the city according to Marcel Gerard." He then tears the document in half. "Which, of course, no longer apply, because I'm in charge."

"You said that if we came along, that we would get to run things by ourselves. Never mentioned anything about making yourself king," Diego points out.

"Well, you were each selected to represent your own communities. In our honor, however, any issues that arise between factions, it will come to me. Now, we are all responsible for the current chaos in the city. However, you have one very, very simple choice ahead of you here—you can all play nicely together, or you can leave."

After hearing Elijah new conditions, the whole church erupts into chaos.

"This is our city, too," Diego yells. "We should be able to go wherever the hell we want!"

"We would consider it an act of war," Genevieve exclaims over him.

Kieran looks a bit overwhelmed and pale at the arguing. "We're getting nowhere. Your vile creatures cannot agree."

"Calm yourselves, please," Elijah orders, raising his voice. "Thank you. Now, returning to the issues of boundaries, you will all heed the following-"

Elijah's suddenly cut off when Hayley storms into the room. "Are you serious? You're dividing up the city, and the werewolves don't even get a say?"

Diego angrily stands up and points at Hayley. "What the hell is she doing here?"

"Diego, sit. We are not dividing the city, we are simply establishing boundaries-"

"Elijah, no," Hayley interrupts. "There is not gonna be peace if the werewolves are excluded. They want a seat at the table." This statement makes both Diego and Genevieve scoff. "And if they don't get one, I guarantee that you will all regret it."

"Screw this," Davina mutters to herself. She stands up from her pew and hastily exits the church.

Davina finds herself seated in a booth next to Josh, who was trying to be inconspicuous by keeping his hood up. "So...what am I doing here?"

"Wait for it," he murmurs and keeps his eyes peeled on the door. Davina realizes that they were waiting for Anastasia to arrive, as she had just walked in.
