If you know me and know how I rate the characters people give me, I rarely give characters a 10/10 rating. Some have come so close, only for a teeeeensy little detail to land them right behind the 10/10 rating.
So here is the page dedicated to all of the 10/10 characters! Basically, any and all characters that earn a 10/10 rating will be placed and displayed here. If you do not want your OC and username displayed on this page, just tell me and I will remove both.
